Visiting Boston for the very first time, the lady in there was very rude and disrespectful. Zero customer service. I didn’t even place my order due to her rude behavior. I would have put an 0 stars if it was a choice.

Very good food..They're pretty fast, I have been going there a while.. at first a few of the girls were kind of rude and had an attitude toward me and my friend that go there in the morning and then over time that went away.. there's one lady that I will pull up and she knows my order that I get as well as my friend's order that's with me and I find that to be really great service!

We asked for cream cheese on the bagel, and they said no problem! Then they don’t put the damn cream cheese on the bagel!!! Just say no instead then! This happens all the time here

Younger lightskin girl was so rude to me through the drive thru. I come at 1 pm asking what donuts they have and she just tells me “we sold out” no hesitation. Obviously you aren’t all sold out at 1 pm, and she didnt offer me anything else or apologize. she was simply just too lazy to serve me or grab a single

This place is ridiculous! I will not be going there again! I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, one on English the other on croissant. I also ordered a new pancake sausage egg and cheese. The first 2 sandwiches, were half English and half croissant. I didn't get the syrup for my pancake wrap and all 3 sandwiches tasted like oven cleaner. I tried calling it goes straight to an unset up voice mail. Last week the sausage egg and cheese croissant was a plain croissant. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
