Ive only been here twice, both times got the meatball sub. both times great. the second time though I will say that the counter help was a bit impatient with me trying to find something my kid would like to eat. Not all the staff are like that though. I just find it annoying that my new goto place for meatball subs has a person Id rather not serve me.
EDIT: My first experience was perfect, counter help was very helpful, courteous and patient. I wont let the second dude keep me from visiting here again.

We always make sure to stop here after flying into Boston! This deli hits every spot you’d want in an Italian deli - sandwiches, calzones, salad bar, full counter with great marinated options. Plus, they’re always so friendly!
Place is outstanding. Great food and unbelievably great service. I recommend this place.
