When we ordered, the bill seemed too high. Back at the table we reviewed the receipt and determined the employee charged us each item individually instead of adding $6 for the meal. A substantial increase of the sale. Also, the hamburgers were greasy.

This five guys was OK but the service was really inconsistent. I came in here twice while I happened to be in town and while it was pretty good the first time the second time they got my order wrong and actually looked at me like I was crazy because the mistake was made at the register and they gave me what it said on the ticket. Again it’s fine but very inconsistent.

The food quality in here is always great. Never had a bad burger or fries and their vanilla milkshakes are the best!
I called ahead to order a bacon cheeseburger with fries and arrived about 20mins later to pick-up-the food wasn’t ready. Although the wait time in-store was about 5mins I felt it should have been ready and they forgot to put mayo&ketchup and the burger needed it badly it was so flavorless. The cashier was warm and had great customer service with a smile. the establishment was clean and cool making dine-in comfortable being it was a hot day.
