Mango smoothie is bomb
A very nice experience here.I walked into the store around 18:10 last night and didn’t expect they will take my order since I knew they had already closed,all the stuffs were busy cleaning up, one of the staff told me that they are closed of course lol, but another male staff with glasses walked up to the register and he was still willing to make me a drink. He’s so nice and I feel like I’m so lucky!! I’m really grateful that he didn’t let my trip be in vain. Btw, their lemonade is soooo good!!!
Base on what “Regina Vaz” said was completely false. I was with my homegirls, I saw the man cashier and the “woman” customer had an argument, i was right behind her and technically it wasn’t the cashier’s fault. I heard him repeated her order and she nodded her head and replied with the word “yes”. After she got her drink, she questioned them about her drink was missing something? I was so embarrassed of her because he literally repeated your order girl 😭😭 how about next time you be smarter and ask can i add thr “topping” inside my drink because you forgot to added them?? and not spread false rumors about the workers? Literally after that they were treating me nicely. One of the best customer services ever experienced and he had a great smile on his face.
Got yelled at unprovokingly when i mentioned politely that i had asked for tapioca boba and passion fruit poppers in my smoothie and only got passion fruit but was more than happy to pay the additional charge. They could’ve actually just threw it in a separate cup and i would’ve mixed it in myself and called it a day, i didn’t make an issue out of it. But for some reason this set the man working there off and he immediately just start yelling at me and being rude in front of the whole store trying to argue with me over a smoothie. Again not one time did i come off rude, give an attitude, or refuse to pay the additional cost for tapioca. I proceeded to ask for a refund because at that point i don’t even want the drink anymore. Why are you yelling at me over an order you messed up? It was more than just him messing up the order it was now about service and i would never support a business and give them my money when im getting treated so poorly. Nothing i said to this man warranted for the reaction and scene he had caused. Keep in mind this is a MAN full blown yelling and being rude to his WOMAN customer over a SMOOTHIE. What’s crazier is when i had asked for a refund he tried to not give me one saying that there’s nothing wrong with the smoothie and in order to give a refund there has to be something wrong with the smoothie, when in fact my whole smoothie was wrong??? This man just threw a huge fit and yelled at me in front of the whole store so loudly over a smoothie mistake i was more than happy to pay for to get fixed😭 give me that refund and call it a day. Even after the fact, the whole fit and rude behavior i still thanked him and went on about my day. What goes around for surely comes around.
I’m just confused, how does a boba shop plan to justify a 40 minute wait… on boba. It should say on the website that the boba won’t be ready until a certain time or maybe make the boba before the store opens.
Fly in my drink
I have always been a regular from this location since they opened. During my last visit I was informed that my drink could not be made without ice, but every other time my drink is made without ice and it’s never an issue. They rather lose the sale than make the customization that the guest is paying for.
Extremely disappointing at this experience and needless to say that I won’t be returning as I always drove out of my way for the experience since I live over 40 min from the location
Customer service was horrible and drink tasted bad. I went there for a taro milk tea cashier couldn’t even smile back worst attitude when handing back the change and giving me the drink not to mention the drink was grainy and was not appealing I remember now why I haven’t gone here in years

Tried the mango slushy with mango jelly and mango poppers and the house milk tea with boba- delicious! I think this place makes better tasting teas than Kung Fu Tea downstairs. The only thing that Kung Fu Tea does better is that there’s an app so you can order ahead of time and you can select the sugar levels.

I ordered a hot milk tea when there were no other customers around, but I received an iced one instead. The service was quite poor, and the staff didn't offer to remake it but rather impatiently asked for a refund. Interestingly, they claimed to be ABC but seemed to have trouble understanding English.
