I gave this 5/5 before but my latest experience was not as good, hence 3/5.
In the last year we visited 3 times and really liked Tantan and Sapporo miso ramen. The service was very good as well. All that, made the long wait time worth it.

Food is good, drink is best, customer service is just so impressive. Music isn't too loud but is fair enough to enjoy conversation with others, as well as filling quiet moment gap. They pay good attention to detail and ready to serve whenever we need. I have't seen them short of staff yet. They sre always there to assist.

Edit: they also now have house made noodles, now my favorite item on the menu, the pai ten ramen, comes in spicy and non spicy
