Placed an order online through their website at 6:45 last Sunday. Received a text that our order would be delivered through door dash at 7:38. 20 minutes before it’s supposed to be delivered, I get a text my order was cancelled and to call the restaurant for more info.Called, three times. No answer. Left a voicemail asking for someone to call back. A week later, I still haven’t received a phone call. Very professional ?Yikes. Will not even try again. Beyond frustrating experience.

First time enjoying the culinary delights of this establishment. Service was excellent as well as the appetizer. My steak was cooked to perfection. I have never tasted such delicious green beans. Looks like a nice function room is available also. Left full with smiles on our faces. Will definitely come again.

The food quality was subpar “very Soggy” and all drinks tasted like alcohol even when you just order regular coke ! Not sure how they wash or sanitize their dishes and cups. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We just had a gathering of 17 people and the service and food was fantastic. We were able to gather in the private room which was also fantastic for a large group. It was enjoyed by all. Highly recommend the Granite Grille.

Ordered the Balsamic Salmon and it was over cooked, dry and not tasty. The sauce had an acidic taste and the roasted red potatoes were home fries that were old and tasteless. I only got 3 measly asparagus. Very disappointed. I do not recommend

The hubby asked if I wanted to go somewhere? I said sure, truth be told I was ready for settling in for the night from a long day.I was a trooper got dressed in 20. When we arrived the hostess was a lovely young lady. Got us a table in under 10 minutes with no reservation. We were seated in the back the middle of the space under some heavy light (I’m light sensitive) so we requested a more. No issue there either. Except the waitress though she would inform us of the change in waitress. I really didn’t mind. She was a bit rushed anyway.We got our appetiser which was very savoury, the sangria wasn’t bad but needs some improvements. This where we should’ve stopped and requested the bill. I asked for my tuna to be slightly heated. The issue I had was the rice was cold. Everything felt like it was taken from the refrigerator and put on a plate. My husband had the fish and chips.The fries was like eating fries from McDonald’s and the fish was worst. It was heavily battered, I had my magnifying glass looking for the fish and the amount was as if he begged for it. I said they forgot the other piece. He was not happy to say the least. For that I think he over tipped. See from the pictures and judge for yourself. The next day he said he needed fish and chips because he was disappointed with his meal on Friday. This time we went local and was pleasantly surprised it also cost half the price.Do better! The fake rush thing you wait staff does is unnecessary and quiet frankly rude.
