This is my go to pizza place. Everyone here is super nice too, love coming here!

Moved to Braintree a few years ago, and this place has been a staple for delicious local food! Sometimes the orders I have received have been ill-contrived and lacking flavor, but most orders have been 4/5 to 5/5.

Just ordered their **new** Shrimp & Rice Bowl today.
Good flavor, but scant on the shrimps.
It was 70% rice, 20% veggies, and 10% shrimp 😕
More shrimp, less rice, more veggies! The sour cream ranch sauce was also good.

I wanted to try something new and my cousin directed me to highlands pizza and grill. Right when I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly young man. He recommend I tried the steak and cheese so I went with that. The food came out super quick and was very good. I will definitely be coming back!!

Very slow not professional

The food is excellent I'm never disappointed! The workers are always friendly and helpful! So I drive a few towns over to specifically get food from them. Which for me says a lot!

Don’t follow instructions, ask for a steak and cheese , didn’t want the bread to be soggy so ask for it to be on top , I get home 15 min drive the whole subs soggy , I called and he said lettuce is wet , it’s gonna be soggy , I order steak n cheese from many other shops and always get it on top and never had that issue, lettuce is not wet you just Drenched ya lettuce in water

Good food, ordered a wrap and it was to big to finish. Price was reasonable for the portion size. Definitely worth the stop if your looking to eat. Got an extra star for having a few picnic tables

*EDIT* I want to take this time to edit my review after who I am assuming is the owner reached out to me to talk to me about the situation and offer future credit towards an order. He was very understanding and truly wanted to know why I had a bad experience. As someone who works in customer service and who makes it a point to support family owned businesses I really do appreciate them going above and beyond. That alone deserves 5 stars for service. Like I said before in the review I’ve ordered from them before and it’s always been on point. Thank you for reaching out and actually wanting to fix the problem, that’s a rare find nowadays.

I’m really disappointed in Highland’s food this time which is really sad because I love this place I’ve ordered multiple times. I ordered a BLT on a gluten free wrap through Uber eats (this was in no way the drivers fault he was extremely quick and timely with the order and we do not live far from the restaurant) and let me preface this by saying I understand gluten free wraps and bread in general fall apart, but this was not the case here this wrap was clearly just thrown together with not even an ounce of care. It fell apart even with the foil which wasn’t even tightly wrapped. My boyfriend got the turkey gobbler which I understand comes with lettuce as listed on the menu but the lettuce was piled high haphazardly and almost half the sandwich was lettuce, not to mention his sandwich was also thrown together much like mine was, with little care. I think it’s worth mentioning as well the turkey is not shredded “thanksgiving” turkey meat as most gobbler subs are but deli meat you would use for a turkey club or turkey and cheese sandwich. If you’re going to spend almost 30 bucks on two sandwiches you’re going to want at least some semblance of quality. I never like to leave negative reviews especially on small businesses but now I’m out 30 dollars and still hungry. I hope this was just a bad day for Highland because usually they are pretty solid.

Now I only got a pizza there once however I know my pizza. It was average. But the place was very clean, very friendly and very quick.

Last week I ordered a large half chess/pepperoni pizza, and it was a complete disappointment. It was obvious that they baked the pizza with just cheese and then threw on the pepperoni afterward. The pepperoni wasn’t even sticking to the cheese; it was just sitting on top like an afterthought. The flavor was off, and it ruined what should have been a classic pizza. I won't be ordering again.
