Everything - from the service to the milkshake - was amazing. Of course it is Brazilian-owned - you cannot find staff that is extremely polite and helpful like they anre and products with this high quality if not at a Brazilian-owned store.
I got the “I hate Mondays” and the “Rock Your World.” Both delicious. I asked for extra Nutella and the woman at the register offered to give it to me on the side, explaining that it would affect the shake’s consistency. She was so thoughtful and I don’t think she ever charged me for it.
The flavors and names of the milkshakes are SO creative.
I am definitely coming back and 100% recommend it.

Best milkshakes ever. I always came here when I go to the mall. There people are always friendly 100% recomend!!!

My husband went in to buy an açaí, and as he was leaving, the cup accidentally fell on the floor. He immediately apologized and offered to pay for another one. The staff member did not offer a replacement.
What is completely unacceptable is what happened next. After my husband turned around, another customer walked in, and the staff member referred to my husband as “dumb” while speaking to that customer. My husband heard the comment.
Accidents happen. Insulting a customer — especially behind their back — is never acceptable. My husband was polite, respectful, and willing to resolve the situation properly.
The product itself may be good, but customer service and basic respect were seriously lacking. This experience happened on December 24th around 2:13 PM.
I hope management addresses this behavior so no other customer is treated this way.
