I ordered a detox smoothie, and it was more like a chunky! Ice chunks, kale chuncks, banana chunks, and more. Absolutely unbeatable! Seems like there is no quality control.

We paid $8 for a small and ordered a scoop of protein. My son didn’t like the shake with the protein because the protein threw it off. I was so sweet in asking if they could exchange the shake for another shake without protein and we wouldn’t ask for a refund for the extra scoop of protein. But they refused to remake the shake. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a business that has flat out, refused to remake something that you didn’t like. it was already hard enough for us to ask. I mean the entire shake probably cost them $.50 to make. And they couldn’t even give us the courtesy of remaking the shake that we paid eight dollars for. Horrible business.

They have a small kiosk inside the mall. I have been drinking their Nutella milkshake, regularly, for over a year (I used the get the large, my wife the medium sized ones).Unfortunately the entire large serving fits completely inside their medium size cup. When I shared that information with them, they were extremely professional and handled it with respect.Even though They rarely serve up to the edge of the cup (where the 4oz difference between the two sizes could exist or barely be noticed), they were kind enough to demonstrate the volume difference (if the content is brought to the edge, in fact there is a volume difference).Staff has cultural barriers, however I strongly recommend their milkshakes.

This is the first milkshake that I didn’t finish. They use soft serve instead of real ice cream. The milkshake was soupy and overpowered by the chocolate sauce, on top of that they didn’t have whipped cream.

Very poor customer service i was the only customer at that time and i waited 5 minutes for lady as she was having chit chat with her co worker. When i requested her to take my order. She was unhappy. She gave me a vey thin straw to drink a thick drink. I asked her is she have any bigger, she did not even reply.
Worker lied and said they were closed 30 mins before actual closing time. She also said it with a bad attitude but that’s okay I guess the company doesn’t mind loosing money.

This is place is terrible, the manager has 0 people skills and a terrible attitude, the acai is trash and this place should be inspected and shutdown by the board of health, I have never had such terrible customer service in my life!!
