Showed up at 2pm on a rainy Saturday. Walked in to see 8 people waiting to be seated who hadn’t even been greeted. After 10 minutes someone came out and asked Who needed to be seated. The waitress asked the first group how many, grabbed some menus and started to walk to the dining room and as they followed her she turned around and said “well wait I gotta see if there’s a clean table first!” I have never been in the service industry, but I would assume you would have knowledge of what tables might be clean before you ask who needs to be seated. Meanwhile, a poor gentleman was waiting for 20 minutes on a to go order he had placed over an hour ago. He talked to three different employees, Who all disappeared from the front desk to supposedly check on it. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes and when the poor guy talked to the fourth employee and was begging for information because he had never received any response on where his order was from any of the prior three employees. At that point, we walked out and decided never to go again I realize this chain is not known for its spectacular service. But the idiocy, apathy, lackadaisical attitude and clear lack of training of the employees at this particular location far passes any of the worst IHOP locations I’ve ever been to. (And that says a lot). Avoid this location at all costs, unless you like to be hungry bored and pissed off

Not even the MOM & POPS are selling cheap food like Ihop...Fell off big Time, hash is disgustingly terrible. It's like fluff...I dont know what that thing is, the sausage is small like my kids pinky finger, and Definitely overpriced...Sorry that was my last rodeo with ihop...it was great.

I’m riding this review and hoping that will help in the future because we love IHOP and hate to get bad experiences at any of IHOP Restaurants last Wednesday October 30 ,2024 at the Braintree Location I had a bad Breakfast experience the Coffee tastes horrible I did let the waitress know about the test is weird , i don’t know what happened but she took the coffee and bring it back but it’s still taste the same .

Really happy that they still have the protein pancakes on the menu! Brunch burger and fries also exceeded expectations - perfectly runny yolk on the egg. The service suffered from understaffing - just one waitress serving and hosting the whole place by herself in the evening.

I'm vegetarian but was accidentally served an omelette with bacon in it at first. Once they discovered the issue my intended omelet was so delicious! Very very yummy!
We just walked into ihop in Braintree and a mouse ran across the floor. 10/9/24. I spoke with the host who seated us. He said there wasn’t a manager I said are you aware you have a rodent problem? He said yes I said well a mouse just ran across the floor before you were about to see us. He said oh sorry about that. Wow if they’re that daring, to run around while customers are there I can’t imagine what’s happening in their kitchen. ??

Service was fantastic. Kim went above an beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our meals were prepared as requested. Entire staff was friendly. They greeted all guests cheerfully, and recognized regulars with enthusiasm. Both the restaraunt and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Went there this weekend, ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and salad. The salad and mashed potatoes was good but the salmon was very dry. Wud never order tht again, or maybe dnt go there no more.

I am extremely disappointed ? with ihop I placed the order with the waitress and she brought me whatever she wanted she brought food that I didn't even ask for I gave her my order I thought that was what I was going to receive and I was disappointed I don't know if she doesn't speak the language or she wants to bring me she gives me what she thinks is delicious I never usually eat my egg halfway it disgusts me I said I have restrictions on eating French fries with salt and that's the first thing she brought me I told her I didn't ask for that I told you the other dad went to bring it train this staff more and they serve you like a face what are you doing here I don't want to serve you this will be the next one they will close their store like Quincy bad service
I hope one day I stop adding a lot of sugar to that strawberry lemonade because it's too sugar?
