Food came very very slow. After placing order, it took over 45 minutes before we got our food. The waitress never check on us and never rushed the kitchen. There were tables that came after us, finished eating and left before we got our food. This is unacceptable.

My first time at the location its a big one with not alot of workers our server thank you and she was other ppl sever also alot of up and down.
Horrible Customer Service. Manager seems like a Kid still. Not Mature enough to be a Manager not Run this IHop. They have nothing you want to Order. But want to still charge full price. No white cheese. No Fresh Strawberries. No nothing. This is Like THE GHETTO IHOP. NEED NEW MGMT NEE WORKERS. MANAGER HAVE BEEN SITTING DOWN WITH 2 WORKERS AT THE TABLE NEAR KITCHEN SINCE WE WALKED IN. JUST HAVE THEIR PERSONAL CONVERSATION WHILE THEY HAVE A PACKED PLACE.

Worst ihop I have ever experienced. Workers leave early on a Saturday leaving waitresses working double time. I saw one lady complain of hair in her food, I saw 2 different costumers walk out, one was not attended to and one was disgusted about her eggs and left them at the table. I ended up giving my waitress a $20 tip because she was working so hard to keep it together! They need new management.
Adam was such an amazing server! Very attentive, quick, friendly, and awesome! Great service!

My daughter and I went here to eat , we waited about 15 minutes to be seated, I had to go look for someone in the kitchen to be seated . There was literally only 3 families eating . The bathroom smelled like a rat had died in there . The poor waitress seemed like she was going through a mental breakdown . She atleast tried to be nice , shut it down .
