It's Just Wings

Wings were good but service was terrible. The staff was really nice but I waited along with others for 45 mins for my order

Horrible. They put enough sauce on these ti cover 1/6th of the wing. Each wing barely had any sauce at all. The opposite of the website photos.The curly fries were meh, better at Arby's.Lastly the chocolate chip cookie, was huge, but tasted like it had no sugar in it.I won't order from here again and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone. Such a shame too... I was hoping fir a good new wing option around here...

First time ordering from here for delivery, was aware it's a virtual brand owned/operated by Chili's and they usually have pretty decent food even for a chain.Ordered the bone-in wings with "Southwest Cajun Dry Rub (hot) - Like Bobby Boucher's momma made it", which came with curly fries, blue cheese for dipping and a soda.The wings were an utter disappointment, not that crispy, BARELY any dry rub on them so they were essentially flavorless and even the small parts that had dry rub on them, the flavor was not even mildly spicy. The blue cheese was runny and not that flavorful either. Only item that was pretty decent were the curly fries.You're much better off with wings from your local pizza shop or even any other chain.

Best food ever I always deliver I've never been in person before though but every single time they give you so many fries with your combo meal and sauces in each container and extras is only $0.60. I love this place so much and their honey chipotle is the best I would def cater for a party or something its just too good

Ordered on Grubhub, my chicken was cold, my fries were cold, and my soda was majority water. This is unacceptable

I will never order from here again. This was my first time ordering from here, and the food was awful. My fries were cold and hard to chew. And my chicken was rubbery and shiny. I couldn’t even eat it. $26 down the drain.

Good wings and fries. Big fan

This may have been an OK product but after the 20 minute ride home, all the containers had steamed the food until it was all pretty soft and flavorless. I'm not sure what the solution would be, if there are more "breathable" to go containers or if you have to crack the containers to let the steam out. I would rather it had been cold than soft. I got the mango habanero, Sriracha honey and plain. Sauces were pretty good but I think when anyone orders wings they expect them to be tossed in the sauce and these were more dribbled in sauce.

Have never once left a review but this food was so bad I thought I would save anyone even a dollar from going here. I mean seriously the worst wings I have ever had in my life. Food was cold, clearly frozen, and hard as a rock. Not kidding I seriously could not bite into one of them. Extremely disappointing.

Terrible

Everything was cold. Most of the sauce was underneath the wings and the dipping sauce was watery. I parked and checked in as instructed but no one came out so I finally went in to find out if my order was ready. It was sitting on a shelf and no one was around so I just took it and walked out but I wish I left it and requested a refund it was that bad. Will not be going back

So I didn't read my order exactly once I completed it, but you pick up in chili's! The wings were absolutely delicious, I got the smoked bone in variety! Definitely highly recommended!!!

The worst dried out wings and fries. restaurant discard when they have food this dry and stale.The stale food quality shows that you simply don't care. Simply spoiled my family time.
