We placed a pickup order on the self service kiosk (mostly bc the staff member was pacing back and forth on her phone with earbuds in the whole time we were in the food court). Got a notification it was ready only to be told they had no gluten free buns at all and to pick a different bun for my burger. I explained that I can't just have a different bun and she was just dismissive and ranting about how she couldn't issue a refund because it's through a different system. She then said she cancelled the order and the refund would come through in a day or two. It has been a week and no refund has been issued so I paid nearly $18 and received no food. I also just find it crazy that this person was on her phone the entire time texting and obviously had pink earbuds in and was paying absolutely no attention to customers when they walked up for service

I went shopping with my daughter today at the plaza and stopped for lunch. I got the Houston burger combo and it was amazing. Customer service was an A+++++. Thank you again Chris and Mayra!

I’m honestly surprised this place is still open. It was very disappointing. The place was extremely dirty, and the customer service was poor from the start. There was no one in line, yet the lady took a long time to come over and take our order. While sitting at the counter eating my fries, I noticed one of the employees handling food without wearing gloves. Another employee saw me looking and told her she should put gloves on, and her response was “yeah, yeah, whatever.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety. There were clearly many sanitation issues, and because of that I will not be coming back. I may drive to Providence Place next time and see if the location there is better. South Shore Mall can definitely do better than this. 1:00 pm 03/07/26

The last time I came here, there was a metal piece on my fries. So I told myself not to get food here but maybe a drink was safe. The drink wasn’t even blended thoroughly. Also, beware of their hidden fees. Whether you use the kiosk or pay at the register, the price that the cashier gives you and what’s in your credit card is completely different. Maybe I missed a sign they’ll be charging extra for using a credit card? They don’t give you a receipt with the amount you paid either, just your order number and what you ordered. If they don’t have a sign then they are really sneaky.

So I would like to start with the fact for the past few months I have been coming to eat here. With previous team members I had no issue but the last two times I ate here I’ve had this problem. A long time ago I worked in a place where we sold salads so I understand sometimes when the season changes batches aren’t that great. But if I am paying near $15 for a salad I should be able to eat it. Nearly half the salad was old. So I’m pretty sure they are just putting fresh salad in the bin with 4 day old lettuce. I’m highly disappointed.

I love their shakes and burgers. Only draw back is that it's in a mall food court. Food was good
They get zero stars for service I just had the worst experience. We ordered two combo meals and one of the burgers were missing when we went back to tell them the Asian guy and Spanish guy with the mullet said that we were lying and refused to make the burger. They then laughed in our faces and told us to come back tomorrow to see the manager. We said no, and if they weren’t going to replace the burger we wanted a refund in which they said no and the Asian guy said we should have checked our food before we left. The refund was finally done but since it was card we have to wait for it to clear if it’s not cleared by Monday I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I loved this place and I will never come back.

If you’ve never been it’s probably fine but if you remember what Johnny Rockets used to be, exceptionally disappointing. They have the same names but are not the same at all. Service was not good, people line up right behind you if you’re sitting at the counter making it feel exceptionally claustrophobic.

There was no flavor to the Philly Cheesesteak, the hot dog for kids tasted gross and overcooked. The fries did not have any salt. The most blandest meal I have ever had. Would not go again.

I love this place the staff is wonderful the food is wonderful everybody is so kind here and it's better than McDonald's we've rather come here than go anywhere else we come here every time we go to the mall and we love it
