I felt the need to express the biggest disappointment when I went in to buy a carrot cake. I went to buy a carrot cake for our anniversary vacation. I bought my wedding cake from you 10yrs ago and have been there too many times to count since to get carrot cake and pastries! Today the women was short w me! I asked for no nuts (cuz I’ve been there before when that’s an option and that’s how we had our wedding cake.) she curtly said no and it has nuts inside! Despite to replicate what we had 10yrs ago I said ok even though I’ve been there too many times to count to know that no nuts is a possibility. Unless you’ve changed your recipe I know for a fact that I can have no nuts! I was going to scrap the nuts off and the strawberries already look bad! I don’t think this is going to last till Friday when I need it. I called earlier in the week and the women said it’ll be fine. It won’t taste as good but it’ll still be good! I’m so disappointed that our 10yr wedding anniversary won’t be like our original! I guess this will be my last trip up if this is how business is going to be!

I was excited to order a custom cake from here. But the communication was abysmal. I reached out well in advanced for a custom cake, they had asked for specifications and when I sent it to them, there was absolutely no follow up. I even reached out again and still no response! Very unprofessional and such a let down for a special event.

I distinctly remember having their cake at my friend’s wedding years ago and I immediately locked in the name so that when my own wedding came around, I could be just as impressed at their fine craftsmanship and deliciousness…and they did not disappoint! Using them for our wedding was a great choice, and we could not have been happier with the entire process, from the cake tasting to enjoying it during our reception. Truly great work! Thank you!

Konditor Meister is a legend in the Boston area for cakes and desserts! They make cakes for the Kennedy family. We got our wedding cake from them back in 1999 and it was delicious! Always top notched quality and delicious! We bought the birthday cakes this time, for my 89 year old Mother-in-law and Son. We all loved them!

One of the best bakeries in Massachusetts. They offer variety of sliced cakes (square) and you can never go wrong with their cakes. Each slice is about $2.5-3.0 and you can try many different flavors within reasonable budget. Most cakes are not overly sweet but of course, depends on the cake and the recipe. They do the cakes fresh everyday and always tastes amazing. Only thing I wished they did was delivery. They don't do any delivery apps, so you can only visit in person to buy it. They also do cakes by order - birthday and wedding cakes etc. We had birthday carrot cake from them and it was delicious. They sometimes sell seasonal and holiday items - cookies and breads etc. Overall, highly recommend this bakery.
Update: they offer delivery service through doordash now!

Konditor Meister has been a local staple for as long as I can remember. I usually have the chocolate covered strawberries, either by themselves or on a cake. For my mother’s birthday this year, I ventured away from those and decided to get a sunflower cake since that’s her favorite flower. I cannot believe how beautiful the cake turned out. You can see how much care went into the decorations. The cake and mousse themselves were as light as air and the frosting was the perfect amount of sweet. They were also able to have the cake ready for me overnight. Cannot recommend them enough!
I trusted and ordered my wedding cake from K.M. I send them a very clear picture of what I wanted and they insured me that I will have it. As you can see what they delivered was not what I expected. Secondly when I cut the cake the outside coating turned into small pieces like it was made by glass. Thirdly the filling was lemon shortcake - raspberry. Raspberry cream was sour… I was really looking forward to cut my wedding cake and have some beautiful pictures with it although none of these came true. Not to mention the amount charged for a cake like that. Really disappointed.

We order a cake and there were also options to choose from. But we didn't know the cake was able to melt so when we were about to cut it. It all just fell apart. Like the cream was totally melted and not really able to cut the cake. But the kids end up eating it anyways. It tasted good, and very light.
Not the usual heavy cakes. It was also a nice gesture that they wrote a note on the cake. Happy birthday note. Just to make it more personal.

We appreciated the variety of options, including great alternatives for flavors and styles. We chose a naked cake with succulent decorations, and it looked beautiful—stylish, fun, and exactly what we had in mind. Everything was ready on time and tasted great. The tea cookies were also a lovely touch and went over well with our guests. We’re glad we went with them!
