Went today, and the service was HORRIBLE. The young lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I decided to leave, because I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a business with poor customer service.

This is one of the top bakeries 30 minutes south of Boston. If you want beautiful, delicious and decorated to perfection cakes go to Konditor Meister. My cousin is a Coca cola fan and they had the perfect cake for her special occasion.

I would be careful ordering custom cakes from here. Cake decorating is definitely not their specialty. We’ve gotten several custom cakes from them over the years and they’ve never been able to deliver what we’ve asked for. I ordered my wedding cake from here recently and was super specific on what i wanted and did not get what i asked for. I picked a cake directly from their instagram of what i wanted and they gave me something different. Beautiful cake, just not what i asked for. You’d think they’d be more detail oriented given their prices.i would stick to their ready-made cakes

I’ve been coming here with my family for years and have always loved their cakes, so I was excited to order my own birthday cake for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. I called ahead to confirm the name of one of their best-sellers, but the seemingly new male employee who answered didn’t recognize the detailed description and had to ask a colleague. He gave me a name he believed was correct, but the cake I received was missing about 30% of the elements I described.
When I explained this at pickup, the clerk was dismissive and placed the blame on me, without acknowledging that the male employee may have given incomplete information. It also would’ve helped if they mentioned that the mobile website (where I ordered) is less detailed than the desktop version — that context alone could have helped me correct the order myself.
I wasn’t asking for a refund or a remake; I just expected some accountability. I’m honestly just glad the day we ate the cake wasn’t my actual birthday. No complaints about the cake itself — they’re still the best in Boston — but they really need to improve customer service and better train new employees on their best-sellers.
