I ordered from the new menu. I had rose tteokbokki, ramen, and a Hot Cheetos Kongdog, and they were all delicious. I especially recommend the tteokbokki. If you enjoy spicy food, you might want to try the spicy version too!

Waited 30 minutes to get our food, ordered plain corn dogs and they dumped a ton of sugar on them even though we didn't request it not to mention that they were undercooked! Drinks were wrong as well. WILL NOT COME BACK!

The food court at South Shore Plaza is so chaotic, but the service at Kong Dog actually wasn’t too bad. They have a self-service kiosk for ordering and a screen that displays which order number is ready. The person who handed me my order was also friendly. The wait was around ten minutes for one corndog.
I ordered the Original Kong Dog with Chicken Sausage ($6.20). I don’t think they actually gave me a chicken sausage, but it’s fine. Overall, this tasted pretty good. The batter was very crispy and chewy but thinner than Mochinut’s, which is the only competition in the area I believe. It was sweet from the sugar coating, but the batter itself was not sweet like Korean corndogs traditionally are—it just had a fried taste.

I've eaten at this place and number of different times over the last month... Staff are friendly and amongst the selections fast food in the food court at the South Shore Plaza, Kong Dog is the most unique offering in the place. Matteo leads a good team at this location.

I went here today and ordered the rosé tteokbokki which was listed to contain beef sausages (no fish listed). Instead, we were served fish cakes with no beef. Keep in mind my sister and I cannot eat fish. We explained to the employees that this ingredient was not listed and we could not eat it and they did not offer to give us a replacement or refund. Money wasted and we trashed it.

There is literally nothing positive I can day about the food. The corn dogs taste worst then the ones sold in the stores. The lemonade is ok. Like literally OK. The staff was very nice and they make the food and package it nicely. The food itself. TRASH . Forcing u to eat thru the money you just spent.

I highly recommend trying Korean-style hot dogs with tteokbokki. The combination of hot Cheetos and cheese is simply perfect, and the taste still lingers in my mind. The tteokbokki is so delicious. If you prefer a milder version, try the rose tteokbokki. It's a memorable taste.
