For a Friday evening, it was relatively quiet, but regardless, the service was great, friendly staff, and very informative since it was my first time trying boba/bubble tea. Also, my sister is now officially addicted to their mango milk tea! Definitely will be coming back to get more of those tasty drinks! :>

Every time I visit this location they never have the drink I want, so I always have to order an alternative. They are always out of multiple drinks at a time as well. Staff could be a little friendlier as well.

Great bubble tea! The Oreo Wow drink is made with Lactaid milk which is a convenient and delicious option for those of us who are lactose intolerant!

Dietary restrictions: Even if you are not lactose intolerant, I still highly recommend the Oreo Wow because it is so delicious. My lactose tolerant friend ordered it as well and loved it!

I waited over 20 minutes for my drink. There were technical difficulties with their machine which I understood but to wait that long and to receive the worst drink ever was disappointing to say the least. All I received was just milk and black boba at the bottom of my drink. Which I did not order. I wish they stopped taking orders and let customers know their machine was down rather than making so many people wait only for terrible drinks. I waited 25 minutes and $6.00 just to throw my drink in the garbage. Disappointed.

I’ve always enjoyed the delicious drinks at Kung Fu Tea, and I appreciate the friendly service. However, I recently encountered an issue that I believe needs addressing to enhance the customer experience further.

During my last few visits, I noticed that receipts were not provided automatically, and I had to ask for one each time. Receipts are essential for keeping track of expenses, especially for regular customers. It would be greatly appreciated if receipts were provided without having to request them.

Additionally, I've found that the prices of some items are not as transparent as they should be. Clear and visible pricing for all menu items is crucial for customers to make informed choices. It would be beneficial if the price lists were more prominently displayed both in-store and on the menu.

Improving these aspects would not only enhance the overall experience but also build more trust and satisfaction among customers. Despite these concerns, I still enjoy the drinks and hope to see these changes implemented soon.

Thank you for considering this feedback!

Worst experience ever!! I didn't have sugar because of diet restrictions about a month. After I made my order I saw there was a sugar free option, I asked for 30% or less option. They tried to convince me the regular option is fine and I could taste it and if it was sweet. I tried to explain that the problem isn't a taste issue and I have diet restriction. They kept repeating same thing that I had to ask if they can just make another one with 30% or less sugar. Very unpolitely the server throw the cup and the other server made a drink with 120% if even not more. ( taking revenge from a customer who just asked for a change they didn't care to ask while ordering).

Fact#1: I politely asked if they could change my drink and the cashier kept looping on trying drink 1st

Fact#2: I had sugar restriction diet that i had to say it to them and still she kept repeating to try it.

Fact#3: In my entire life , I asked twice or 3 times  for a change, and one of them was because of a diet and the other two because of awful taste. So I won't call myself picky.

Fact#4: Taking revenge in making a 120% or more of a drink I have been ordering for years, and I know what it should taste is a super bad move, because if the sugar spike affected me worse than it was and took a healthcare route I would have definitely sued you.

Dietary restrictions: There are levels for sugar, but the servers don't understand their importance. I asked for remaking a drink because of my diet that's sugar-free, and they tried to convince me 0.8 sugar is like 0.3

Pro: drinks smackCon: cashier lowkey rude. They had this sign on the line and when we inquired about it they said “not on Saturday”. Would be nice if they wrote that on the sign.

This Kung Fu Tea is located in a prime area in the center of the first floor of South Shore Plaza, the largest shopping mall in the South Shore. There’s almost always a line, but it moves relatively quickly. You can also place an order ahead of time via the app. Usually there are 3-4 people working the tiny stall. However, because it is a stall, there isn’t a dedicated waiting area, so it can be quite chaotic when it is busy. The quality of the drinks here are comparable to other Kung Fu Tea locations. I recommend the classic Kung Fu Milk Tea with boba. It also tastes good hot, especially during the cold winter months.

This location is notorious for being slow and staff is constantly on their phone. They also have a terrible organization system where your drink might be ready but until you ask, you don’t call out finished drinks. This has happened almost every single time.

Placed an order online and arrived at this location which was closed. Every online info says they’re open but they’re not. Emailed their feedback team and never got a reply. Shame I buy Kung fu tea all the time at other locations and this one was a drag.Reply: I emailed the feedback team a week ago. I got a refund from the system but no real communication from real people.

I love this place so much, it was the first place I went to to try boba, that said, I’m so disappointed because after not going there for months and being so excited to drink my drink, I found a really long human nail in my drink, I couldn’t finish it and threw it away right away I don’t know who’s nail was it but I hope service and safety improves.(I ordered two drinks one passion fruit green tea with mango popping boba and strawberry lemon green tea with mango Jelly and Tara yelly which had the nail inside)
