Pro: drinks smackCon: cashier lowkey rude. They had this sign on the line and when we inquired about it they said “not on Saturday”. Would be nice if they wrote that on the sign.

This Kung Fu Tea is located in a prime area in the center of the first floor of South Shore Plaza, the largest shopping mall in the South Shore. There’s almost always a line, but it moves relatively quickly. You can also place an order ahead of time via the app. Usually there are 3-4 people working the tiny stall. However, because it is a stall, there isn’t a dedicated waiting area, so it can be quite chaotic when it is busy. The quality of the drinks here are comparable to other Kung Fu Tea locations. I recommend the classic Kung Fu Milk Tea with boba. It also tastes good hot, especially during the cold winter months.

This location is notorious for being slow and staff is constantly on their phone. They also have a terrible organization system where your drink might be ready but until you ask, you don’t call out finished drinks. This has happened almost every single time.

Placed an order online and arrived at this location which was closed. Every online info says they’re open but they’re not. Emailed their feedback team and never got a reply. Shame I buy Kung fu tea all the time at other locations and this one was a drag.Reply: I emailed the feedback team a week ago. I got a refund from the system but no real communication from real people.

I love this place so much, it was the first place I went to to try boba, that said, I’m so disappointed because after not going there for months and being so excited to drink my drink, I found a really long human nail in my drink, I couldn’t finish it and threw it away right away I don’t know who’s nail was it but I hope service and safety improves.(I ordered two drinks one passion fruit green tea with mango popping boba and strawberry lemon green tea with mango Jelly and Tara yelly which had the nail inside)

I went to this store last week and they were out of boba during the afternoon which is odd since it's the one ingredient Kung Fu Tea is known for. I went in today 4 hours before closing, and they were again out of boba. Not sure if I'm just being unlucky and coming in at the wrong times, but it's just getting really annoying. Please stock up on the ingredient 99% of customers come in for.

Give a review and get 10%! It's in the middle of the first floor between Apple and Victoria's Secret!

I guess being on your phone instead of acknowledging customers and handing them their orders is normal here. Drink was good, but the service was awful.

I came to this location on Thursday 6/22 and it was about 30min before closing, they looked like they were preparing to close but didn't want to take my order whatsoever. All of them looked at me but continued to pretend they didn't see me and go on their phones. It's the same people not wanting to take my order, they just stand and wait for their co-workers to take it. It's like a waiting game to them. I've been here plenty of other times but the other workers are fine. I ended up not ordering.

I'm not usually a bubble or milk tea enthusiast - let alone a visitor to malls - but when I stopped by South Shore Plaza recently to charge a Tesla vehicle that I'd rented, I noticed this Kung Fu tea kiosk right in the center of the mall - across from the Apple Store - and decided to try it out.The almond milk tea was mildly sweet and moderately creamy, as it should be, while the presence of red beans (you can also choose from various bubble and jelly options) added a nice, edible, nourishing sense of heft to the whole equation. So if all the retail options here at the mall aren't enough therapy for you, then you can also get your sugary empty carb fix as well. Not bad as far as such drinks go.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your drink into the photo with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the drink with pointless "action" shots. Keep your duckfaces, all body parts, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. Focus solely on the drink itself. #stayclassy #stayuseful #noyouarenotanarteeste

Let’s start with positives first; my mother and I went in person and LOVED the milk teas that we ordered. I ordered the Thai milk tea medium with the brown sugar boba and my mother ordered a dirty chai with brown sugar boba. We loved it so much that I downloaded the app and ordered something similar again. This time I ordered the cocoa cream wow and I was so disappointed. I got home with my ordered and it was just milk. It was whit as heck, there was no cocoa. The brown sugar boba was hard and it barely tasted like brown sugar and the milk tea looked NOTHING like the pictures. I called in to ask if I could get another one… mind you I only took a sip and was perturbed. The associate said that I had the last batch of brown sugar boba so it was hard. They also said that if I wanted to get a better quality boba and another milk tea I would have to PAY for it again. Which is absurd because what I paid for wasn’t what I ordered. My advice to this company don’t sell low quality products if you know it’s bad or subpar. I’m paying for QUALITY and taste. To anyone with the app. I suggest ordering in person, because you’ll probably be given subpar food if you preorder.I love milk teas and boba but I’ll definitely be ordering IN PERSON from now on. I’ll take my L this time. Don’t order the cocoa cream because it’s just milk. There’s no cocoa in there or maybe… I just paid for a bad batch. If I knew how to post pictures… I would!
