In the way back corner of the mall. Nice people and good food. Had a bahn mi and a tropical drink. The sandwich was tasty and the portion size was good. The drink was a bit sweet but people who like sweet drinks will like it. Overall good experience. Highly recommend

2024 Update: Finally checked out the new location on the first floor. The inside is nice, clean, and has lots of seating. I do worry that they aren’t getting as much foot traffic despite the larger space, though, because they are now located at one of the far ends of SSP. Go support! The banh mi that I had was still as good as I remembered.
2023 Review: I don’t gravitate toward mall food, but I love Lumi. I would even say it is the best food you can get at South Shore Plaza.
Their banh mis are very filling and decently priced (though, I miss the days when banh mis used to only be $3.50 on average). My favorite is the Lumi special (BBQ pork), but it can be a bit too salty sometimes.
The coffee is also good and strong. They had a generous BOGO promo for National Coffee Day. I’ve tried the passionfruit yogurt chiller before as well, which was very refreshing.
Even the croffle was yummy if you’re craving something sweet. It comes with an interesting cream cheese sauce.

Perfectly reflected aesthetics and fun props such as rice paddy hats and bikes can be found in this cutesy bistro cafe.
Their bold Specialty Vietnamese coffees include ube, salted caramel, sea salt, and egg. They also offer many refreshing drinks. For a quick bite, you can choose banh mi, noodle bowl, or pastries.
The staff members are so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area

The new location is in a little corner near kids foot locker ! Their sandwiches are a bit pricey but worth it, theyre really good. Me and my friend had the fried tofu banh mi, thai tea and green thai tea.
Fantastic bahn mi with the choice of spicy or not. The drinks, both coffee and non coffee, are all top notch as well. We’ve gone here and not even bothered with mall shopping, it’s worth going with for just the food itself.

Picked this place for my partners birthday earlier this year. Wasn’t too sure because it’s in the mall but I’m glad we did because we were so impressed! Now we go every so often to get our favorite banh mi and beverage. It’s our perfect little lunch spot before walking around Uniqlo and Newbury comics <3

By far the best place to eat at SSP. The new location under the food court is much bigger! We’re so happy to have more sitting area! The staff are friendly and everything is delicious! Our favorite is the Vietnamese coffee with egg foam, extra strong! The bahn mi is super fresh and the pandan egg waffle is a chefs kiss! Definitely worth while to check out! ❤️

I haven't been here since they moved to a bigger location, but I remember that their spring rolls and BBQ pork vermicelli bowl were to die for! I also recommend the strawberry yogurt chiller if you are just looking for dessert because it has a nice tarty flavor to it. I can't wait to visit again at their new location <3
