Getting rid of the 2 for 4 was a bum move

just waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru finally get to the window they walk my food over and walk way for another 5 mins before I pulled away who would want to wait for cold food very disappointed at this place
Went through the drive thru today at around 1:30 pm.
There was a car in front of us and they knew the order taker.
They started a conversation with the order taker.
When the car got to the payment window the female child at the window was having a social conversation with the people in the car.
There was a line of cars behind us at this time and no cars in front.
I asked them to move forward and the child that takes the money stated that she was talking to a customer.
