Horrible service. From employee more worried about how his hat is sitting on his head to other employees just looking at you and doing jothing but standing there.
Bought a lobster tail, looked great. Got home and took a bite, SOOOOOOO much lemon flavor made it impossible to eat. Had to toss.
2 slices of pepperoni pizza was the driest pizza i have had, was going to get 2 cheese but they look like they were sitting out since 6am.

Service is horrible. I’ve always loved Montillo’s and always ordered cakes from them. The service has deteriorated tremendously. I’m actually on hold with the Braintree store and nobody has picked up my call. They answered and said please hold. Going on 13 minutes on hold. I guess I will drive to Whites Bakery in Brockton. Service and Cakes are delicious and they care about their customers. Get your act together Montillios! You’ve lost a long time customer but I guess you don’t care.

I ordered 3 cakes for my son's first birthday. The first one for his smash photos (about a week before his bday party) was completely wrong. It was supposed to be all white and they gave me a naked cake. The 2 other custom ordered cakes (total of $405) were for my son's first birthday with 50 people. I went to pick up the cakes about 4 hours before the party starts and they said they weren't there. Come to find out they wrote down the wrong date. This was after double checking everything after the first cake was wrong. Naturally I broke down sobbing when I found out I had no cake for my son's first birthday I spent months planning. The girl working had no solution but to give me a refund and to choose a cake from the case since there's no decorators in. The entire ordering process with them was such a cluster. I was helped my multiple people and no one got anything right. I ended up leaving the store and going to fratellis. While I was doing that my husband who was at home with our baby called Montilios to try and get a better solution. After about an hour of back and forth phone calls they said they would call in a decorator to Brockton and we could get a cake made but it wouldn't be ready until the time our party started and they wouldn't compensate the cake for all the issues. We declined since at this point we already had fratellis fixing the situation. My entire family has been ordering montilios for years and all of us agree it has gone such downhill. I am so thankful that Fratellis down the street was able to save the day and decorate a cake and a smash cake with only 2 hours notice and at 1/3 of a cost. My entire family loved the cakes there and can't wait to continue getting everything from there in the future!

We used Montilio's Wood-fired Pizza truck for a 60th birthday party and it was fantastic! the whole process was so easy, from the booking and through the entire event. We had 6 types of pizza, 2 salads, the wood-grilled vegetables and the large charcuterie- all really tasty and super nice presentation. The staff who worked our event were SO incredible- super friendly and efficient, and the pizza's were DELICIOUS! The authentic pizza wagon and the table presentation for the food really made for a great atmoshphere for the party. The staff made GREAT food and were so efficient with clean up- we didn't have to do a thing. I would definitely recommend!!

Went to have lunch today (7/31/24) at Montillio"s and it was one of the worst lunches I have had there. Not only was the pizza cold but very little cheese. It was supposedly heated in the oven. Coffee should have been favored but I could not taste anything flavoring. The atomsphere in the place was warm ?air conditioning and not at all comfortable. What has happened to this popular pizzeria in Braintree? As a resident of Braintree I will not be eating there anymore and the word will get around.

I just had the most amazing blueberry lemon cupcake! I wish I had of taken a picture! This cupcake was beautiful on the outside and filled with a delicious blueberry filling! The lemon flavored cake and frosting was absolutely delicious! I love lemon & citrus deserts so I am looking forward to my lemon, keylime & orange raspberry cupcakes I also ordered!!??

$6.25 for one gluten free half moon, and $6+ for one gluten free cupcake. I walked out without purchasing anything. Newsflash, gluten free flour is not expensive, you don't charge more for gluten free dense pastries. They obviously don't taste good, as there were alot left on the shelf. Trader joes has 12 delicious gf cupcakes for under $5.

Where do I even start…. I got a slice of pepperoni pizza, a lemon bunt cake, and 2 chocolate chip cookie cupcakes. OMG EVERYTHING WAS SOOOOO GOOD. The pizza was perfect!! From the crispy thin crust to the ample pieces of pepperoni it was all PERFECT. The cakes were beyond fresh and to say they were delicious would be an insulting understatement. The pup LOVES her cupcakes and she also agrees that they are the best. (Yes she told me???‍♂️) Also the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

My Wife got our wedding cake here and it was amazing! Everyone at our wedding this past weekend loved the cake and it looked EXACTLY how we described it at the tasting! If you need a Wedding Cake - trust me - you are going to want your wedding cake from here! You will not be disappointed!!

I have ordered many cakes from this location. To start off if you want a specialized cake you stand in line whatever line for 20 minutes before someone acknowledges you. You have one line going one way then another line going another way.I was told by one person can pay 1/2 for the cake and rest when picked up. Thank goodness I called 2 weeks prior to co-check the order because I was told that cake would need to be paid in full prior to even honoring the order. Then day of pick up: Stood there for like 10-15 minutes while people were ordering coffee and sandwiches. They should definitely have a line for pick-up and paid orders. People should not have to wait to pick up specialized and paid in full orders while someone ordering food. I was there on time as specified when order was placed. Need to get some kind of order. People come in and make up their own way of entering a line. And the staff just takes them and you could be waiting for 1/2 hour already. Then get surprised when you say something. The cake came out as wanted. Looked great. But staff really need to get it together
