Our breakfast was mediocre at best when we stopped here recently after dropping a family member off at the Braintree T Station. I noticed several positive ratings so I opted to stop there. I had the hash and eggs while the kiddo had pancakes. Were were underwhelmed by both. The restaurant was clean and had a cool classic vibe to it, but the food wasn’t anything to write home about.
Note that while this business is cash-only, there is an ATM on premises. I didn't realize that when we parked, so we opted to walk a few hundred feet to the local Bank of America branch to grab some cash.

Doing errands out near the lake shore mall and needed lunch. So many options and yet wanted local fare and here you find this establishment ringing in solid consistency in reviews. Amazing staffing, with such ease and warmth, one feels, like your sitting in some ones kitchen! Pastrami and fries for me and a roast beast sandwich you had to eat with a knife and fork for my wife! Best of all the coffee is ground/ brewed on site! Do not miss the prices and the great food!30 April 2024 updateHad an outstanding time and in consideration of the last time our meals were even better. Fresh cooked meals, with the best service and in this tough economy, these prices are for all of the most frugal!! Please don't miss out!
