I had my Daughter's 9th birthday party at the Braintree location. 1st off Dave & His team was the best!!! Very patient, accommodating and the food was freshly made and tasted great. The staff went above & beyond and my daughter was thankful of everything. Thank you again for great service, great location and a great atmosphere. We will be back.

This place is never not a nightmare . Staff have attitude issues , food is never ready anywhere near the time they tell you . Grill side food comes up over 15 minutes before pizza side and so now your subs burgers and what not are cold and soggy . $73 and now stuck with either half cold food or no food after waiting over an hour when told 40 minutes .not to mention that not a single person is wearing a hairnet or facial hair net with long beards and big hair . I understand things happen that are out of your control but it’s time to get your shit together .

I passed in one day just to see if they had slices available, and they did so I grabbed one... I should have known better when I got to my car and saw a little spider crawling on the box. I just squashed it and went about my business. I looked inside and didn't see anything else creepy, and hey, I have spiders at home so it could have been something random right? I got home and the slice was gross, even when microwaved, there was no helping. It wasn't just cold. After being heated up you could still tell it was definitely something that was at least a day old. Warming up didn't do it any good, the food was nasty and the place was too lazy to make a fresh pie, sad and dirty. A shame because Papa Gino's is my favorite major fast food pizza. Won't be stopping there again, I'll stick to Weymouth☹️
