I absolutely love this location and the gentleman with the beard tonight was so super friendly!!! This is my favorite papa ginos on the south shore...oh and the food is delicious too

The food was decent, but the way it was delivered to my address was abysmal. They just came, put the food down on our dark porch and left. I donāt even know how long it was there before I finally noticed it. They couldāve knocked on the door and handed it to me. I had a tip for them. But with that kind of service, they donāt deserve it. I donāt like having to microwave food after ordering in. It was lukewarm. Terrible delivery service!

Papa Ginoās has been a favorite restaurant of mine since I can remember, and this one is always a joy to come to. Not only is the food delicious, the customer service is impeccable. The delightful cashiers always greet you with a warm smile, like Lily. Safe to say this will remain a routine place to eat for me and my family.

Today around 6:00 pm I came here while I was fasting and i can only eat halal food. I asked the cashier if they had anything halal, but she had no idea what that meant. Then, I asked if she could heat up some food of mine that in my car for me. She looked at a young black man working at another station, who then started behaving aggressively and told me to leave the store.
I left and went to Dunkinā Donuts, but a few minutes later, the same guy showed up and started shouting at me, telling me never to return to the store. He got very close, attempting to escalate the situation into a physical altercation. I chose to walk away. Because my family were waiting for me in the car. Iām totally surprised by this behavior.

Got my food delivered and it was delicious! And it was still hot by the time I got it. The fries were salted and fresh and the cinnamon sticks were so good. The burger was good too. Seriously one of the best places!
Ordered 10 large pizzas for pick up the following day. When I showed up at the time specified the pizzas were hot & ready. Love Papa Ginoās Pizza !
