I don’t even know where to start with this place. My order was wrong after waiting 15 mins for a plain spicy chicken sandwich. As annoying as the wait was I felt really bad for the cashier! Popeyes workers are terrible! This poor girl has to ring people up make the food and was in the back frying chicken. Meanwhile there’s 3 other workers there doing the bare minimum!! I’m reporting this location because why the heck was there a kid like a 6 year old inside the store just opening this little fridge grabbing stuff. They take advantage of that girl make her run that whole place while they do uber eats just standing there doing nothing. There’s no team work in this place and that girl is being over worked shame on this location. I’m writing to corporate because I know damn well no manager should be having their kid there and she’s doing nothing!!! The guy in the front literally had my chicken sandwiches infront of him and acted like he couldn’t help the girl and bag them. Petty lazy horrible work ethics and it shows!

I get lunch at the mall regularly and have had issues at this location in the past but definitely won't be back after today. After being straight-up ignored for a few minutes, I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and side of mac and cheese. I got three tiny tenders, maybe one of them was cooked enough to not be pink in the middle, and they gave me the wrong sauce. I got a small order of fries that I didn't order. I have no idea what the even did to the mac and cheese but it was clearly expired and inedible.

The food is good, but the service is always the literal worst. It takes forever to order and even longer to get your food. I really just don’t understand how this store has so many issues. No other spot in the food court is like this.
Definitely needs more love from management.

Can’t believe this includes 6 pieces of chicken wings. And my fries were completely missing. Advice to future customers: please do check your order before taking any surprise home :D

It’s a fast food chicken joint in a mall, I don’t know what other people are expecting. The chicken is really good, the fries are really good, the biscuits are pretty good, the mac & cheese is OK, and the Dr Pepper is cold. My kid and I stuffed ourselves for $16.

So this place is inside of a mall in the food court. Not easily accessible and certainly not the place you see in the picture and most of the comments are fake. I found out the hard way on my lunch break and it just seems like these people getting paid to leave reviews are screwing things up. If it wasn’t for them then I would have probably seen a post that stated this restaurant is in a food court instead of wasting my time. Whoever posted the picture, I blame you. That is not the business take it down

This place don’t deserve any stars for their service. Ordered 2 kids meal thinking there’s toys and I didn’t get any so I asked them and they said these doesn’t come with toys. Overpaying for ant portion and they refuse to even make things right and just walk away. Ordered 3 order of 3 piece chicken and I can say it’s trying shrinkflation, the wings didn’t even have any meat and only skins…. How did that even happen? The drums so small i thought I got the drum from an infant chicken. I’ll avoid this place if you looking for a meal that will at least fill you up.
