It is a violation of local regulations for coffee shops to not have restrooms for paying customers. Coffee is a diuretic. Today (8/4), I walked in and the young lady working behind the counter laughed in my face while telling me I couldn’t use the restroom after I just paid $7 for a coffee after I told her I was having a bathroom emergency. What a disgrace, shows you how much they don’t appreciate their customers.

It’s good but ridiculously slow. If you’re ordering a breakfast sandwich, order it a good 45 minutes before you plan on leaving your house. Have been waiting on 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches that I ordered online for 35 minutes now.

Our order was placed ahead of time 4 drinks, 3 toasted bagels with butter/cream cheese and 1 bagel sandwich. After one hour of patiently waiting, was met with snark and attitude from the adolescents behind the counter before being given an order without cream cheese, butter or the bagel sandwich. Disorganized and mismanaged - look elsewhere for your breakfast.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese only got egg and cheese. I could understand if they were busy but there was not a single soul in the building, couldn’t have them remake it cus when I opened it up I was at work already cus I thought it would be impossible to screw up such a simple order.

Small but mighty! The service is fast, efficient, and full of flavored coffee! I had a slice of pumpkin cake this morning, but I hear raving reviews of the coffee.
I also just love the local vibe. Lots of people standing and waiting and chatting.
Fully accessible.
No seating though. You pop in and pop out.

Dirty and terrible staffing. Back of the house is 20mins+ behind while front of the house is wandering around aimlessly and drinking coffee. Never again.
The first place to ever make me coffee drink that I finished before it got cold!Great coffee, great customer service, lovely atmosphere...but I have two complaints that prevents this place from being PERFECT:1. The menu is a BIT overwhelming to look at? There are a lot of custom drink names that have no descriptions. Every time I go in, I have to stop myself from asking what certain special items are because I'd rather just stick with what's written in plain text and I know what I'm getting. Some lost opportunities to discover some great unique drink combinations, since you can't know what's in them unless you ask.2. The place feels a bit...unfinished? It just in general feels very work-in-progress in its design. Very rough around the edges with a lot of things...which is strange since so much of the signage is so fancy and clean and nice. The ATM is just kinda strangely in front of the door? And there's the entire area across from the counter by the front window that seems to just...not serve any purpose at all? It might have stuff over there, but I can't for the life of me remember what -- and I was JUST in there yesterday!All in all, it's one of, if not THE best coffee place I've ever been to. Some general design changes for the storefront itself would make it the PERFECT place to get coffee. I stand ready to see that happen; everyone there seems very keen to go above and beyond for their customers! :D

Standing in here right now...5 people are working. One girl is too busy talking to a friend and made one drink while the other three made all the drinks (to go order?). We waited about 4 minutes before someone asked us if they could help us and the only person in here was the girl they were talking to. Pretty disappointing. Was going to give it a 3 star because the coffee is decent but they didn't say our drink was ready and just set it on the counter. A last minute "have a good one" as we were halfway out the door. Boo.
