I am extremely disappointed by what I witnessed during my recent visit to the store yesterday 02/18/26 . The manager on duty spoke to a female employee in a disrespectful and completely inappropriate manner, using racially offensive language and making degrading remarks about her appearance.
As a father, it was upsetting to witness that kind of behavior — especially from someone in a leadership position. I have visited before and have always had positive experiences. The employee involved has consistently been polite, professional, and provided excellent customer service.
It is very concerning to see staff treated this way. I truly hope ownership takes this matter seriously and addresses it appropriately, because no one deserves to be spoken to in such a degrading manner.

Whoever cooked my pizza this time deserves a raise. It's usually pretty good here but todays pizza was the best in a while. Cooked well, got that flour still on the crust. So good

We drive from Hanover to Braintree just to grab this pizza to go. Amazing reviews from our household from both the meat lovers and the vegetarians. We have many pizza places five minutes from us but they don't compare!

Bad Experience, my wife called in a Pizza for pick up via telephone, when i went to pickup pizza cashier states order didnt go through, really it was called in. Cashier then says i can wait 20 minutes for the pizza , i dont think so had other food to pick up elsewhere. Difficult for me to try Regina again any time soon

Underwhelming compared to the hype. Or maybe it was just the location. We went for their Spinach Broccoli pizza. Just a mental note - Broccoli, that too large pieces - on a pizza is a bad idea. Otherwise the pizza was fine with rest of the ingredients. Service was super slow - almost half an hour - and that too after a reminder. Quite a long time for a restaurant with standard and limited (size) pizza menu. Might still give their downtown location a try but surely not this location.

Frequently visit this location for dine in and takeout. Pizza is visibly smaller and it swallowed by the slice box. I inquired about the change and was ignored. Not cool to downsize the pizza and charge the same. And why are the pizzas severed from the box?? That’s not the Regina way .. what in the world?? Rude employees and and no quality pizza.. SHAME

Something changed, this use to be my favorite pizza place. pizza is not that good anymore. Something with the cheese, texture is different not sure if icheese is not real or if they added a sauce or what. Flavor not good anymore no matter how many topping you put on it.
Went to the Braintree location in the mall, dudes back there working like racehorses but didnt forget a single detail of the meal and everything tasted great. Props to them totally
