It's very unfortunate because my food was hot and the flavor was actually pretty good. I will not come back here due to poor customer service. Felt rushed. And at register the guy just kept talking to another employee. No receipt. I didn't even want to ask for one because the interaction was so stressful

I went shopping at the Braintree Mall and decided to go to the food court. I decided to try Ruby Thai Kitchen and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend!!!

Not as good as it used to be. I paid 11.99 for a serving of rice plus 1.55 for a little more. The portion sizes have decreased for sure. I'll be eating elsewhere when I go to this mall again

Portion was too small, add another $1.25 if you choose shrimp but what I got was 3 pcs of tiny shrimp that covered with veggies ?. Ruby Thai at Providence Place served better portion than this. 2 meals with 2 entrees and a drink cost $30
Fried rice 6/10 ( rice was wet)
Mango chicken 7/10 (not too sweet and chicken was crispy)
Shrimp and veggie 4/10 (seriously only 3 tiny pcs)
Eggplant and tofu 5/10 (tasteless)
Noodles 8/10 ( al dente and fresh)
Spicy chicken 7/10 ( just too sweet for my taste bud)
