Got dumplings and shrimp tempura. I'm just going to be honest the food is terrible. It seems like they have no sense of pride in what they do. Flavor of dumplings was awful and overcooked. My shrimp tempura was ice cold so I asked for new shrimp. They heated up THE SAME shrimp instead of making new ones. I know it was the same shrimp because they handed it back to me in the same wripped container I gave to them. I threw them in the garbage without refund I was so angry. They were still soggy and still not hot. Shrimp tempura is supposed to be hot and CRISPY. They seem like they have no respect for the art of culinary or even their own culture. It was an embarrassment.

By far the worst food experience. I ordered teriyaki chicken, as well as beef teriyaki with shrimp. Shrimp was raw and smelled funky. Beef and the chicken on a first and ONLY taste was horrid. It seemed like someone dumped an entire container of salt on it. Stay away from this place. Braintree Board of Healthshould inspect their food handling process. Update.. after 5 days and emailing them after the general response I never received an email or phone call back. I'd recommend boycotting this place
