Good food, but pricey. You put your meats on the grill and control it yourself. It tasted great. Service could be better.

Terrible tast and worst service. It is a kind of cheating customer. It is not Korean restaurant, Chinese's. Taste is totally weird if they say they are serving Korean foods. I am a Korean. They should feel shame on them.

Not much to look at but the BBQ is great, especially the all-you-can-eat version.

After a day at the mall, it was around mid lunchtime I was with my family and I'd previously heard of Korean bbq's so I was eager to try it. We had walked in and there was a female working at the counter on her phone. It was completely empty in the resturaunt like a ghost town. We were surprised originally at the large size of the restaurant and had high hopes. Normally I don't write reviews because I don't feel the need. But please do not visit this restaurant. There was no one there at lunch and for a good reason. It has only been a few hours after lunch and eating there. My youngest brother and I now have food poisoning from the old meat and vegetables. P.s the white rice was good.

Delicious! The food was fresh and was very fast out of the kitchen. Would definitely come back again!!

There's not much to say about this place except that it's overpriced fake Korean BBQ. The side dishes were horrendous but meats are not bad just bad marinate that's all. Service is ok but definitely not French restaurant level. I should've seen the sign when I walked in with zero customers during dinner time. I would just change place into a buffet style restaurant with an affordable price. Seriously if we are going to pay that much for fake Korean BBQ at least cook for us. Conclusion: This Korean restaurant is a disappointment and not my cup of tea, with or without Groupon.

Sticky menus yuck- I went because there was no wait, it was overpriced. I did not do hot pot. The ambiance was weird. Cocktail 1 was good, but after sending back my freezer burned dessert, Cocktail #2 was made not so good. It's in the mall so...

Awful restaurant. The meats given were fine but there was no seasoning or sauces given at all so it was bland and that made it almost intolerable to finish. Very overpriced for the experience. Would NOT recommend

I would give this restaurant a 1. The waitress was super rude and super careless. Our dinner was rushed and the lights was turned off literally as we sat in our seats.

The servers were so careless. This restaurant is unsanitized. It wasn't really crowded since it was an afternoon on a Tuesday and I saw a baby mouse. My dad told my server to get the manager but she said the manager wasn't here. She also was just standing there smiling. ITS NOT FUNNY. Then this other server came and was about to step on it to get rid of it! But this other customer yelled “NO!” She then put it in a bag and probably left it outside in the cold while still in the bag. If it was a baby mouse, this probably means there was a whole family of it in the kitchen! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Good service! Food was delicious. Drinks (alcoholic) inexpensive and great mix. Yes, it was kinda odd that water was not offered, you have to ask. I would definitely go back to Seoul Kitchen though. Overall satisfied.
