Thanksgiving’s day my family came sit down 10mins after. I asked for a cup of water for my 5 years old son is that hard. One of the newest i guess employee told me to go order it from the counter which i usually get it from one of the barista. 10mins later i come asked for a water again he wanted a water instead. The lady told me she called for a few times Venti cup of water and i didn’t hear so it might’ve someone took it which i sit right there and i’m not deaf! By the time we stood up and ready to leave! She shouted a cup of water which is too late! You’re losing a loyal client starbuck! Shame on this location! Very rude attitude employee! If i could give it zero star i would! Super disappointed! Better training employees!

I have ordered for pickup at starbucks many times and the baristas have gotten my order wrong many times, I feel they are really careless and irresponsible.

The exterior seating was a mess with trash all over. When I got inside employees were sitting on the counter. I sat down at a dirty table and tried to connect to the WiFi but couldn't work. I ordered and only got my drink but not my sandwich until I asked about it when the nice young lady was glad to help. The breakfast sandwich was very lackluster but I guess I really shouldn't expect much from Starbucks Coffee Shops. I ended up leaving disappointed and in search of good WiFi.
A person who identified herself as a manager (Sara) was a terrible person, horrible service, poorly maintained, dirty store, I can't believe that a person like this had not had as little training as possible, did not seem to be happy serving the public, urgently needs a recycling because I will never come back here again.

Super busy in the mornings, but I have found they are incredibly efficient and almost everyone is very friendly.They’re near a major highway and mall, so a good place to stop off.Fully accessible and the toilets are automatic.There are four handicapped spots very close and there’s a big parking lot besides.There’s even a hotel right behind, so a lot here.It’s close to the Qdoba, Ben & Jerry, 5 guys, and other eateries.

It’s like every time I come to this location they screw up my order. I honestly feel like some of the employees need better training on how to make drinks!!! It’s so frustrating, then when you tell them it’s made incorrectly they give an attitude. I’m NEVER ordering from here anymore I’ve had enough. I ordered matcha latte with strawberry cream cold foam. There’s absolutely NO cold foam even in the drink.
