If you’re in a rush and need a quick bite rest assured Starbucks is the absolute worst option. How can it be possible that it takes more than 30 seconds for me to order a lemon loaf and get it in my hands

I went to Braintree Starbucks for drive through as advertised, but there was no drive through. The parking lot is a mad house. I ended up going to my last resort coffee drive through DD

this 5 star review is specifically for the barista Joey. he was such a pleasure to watch interact with customers. i cant even imagine how frustrating it can be working as a barista and his energy was lovely and positive even during a busy morning. i work in the service industry myself and he inspired me to step up my game today at work haha. thank you!

Brought my 2 kids to get breakfast, they were hungry. I tried to pay with a $100 bill they rejected me. My change would have been $60. They said they dont have that type of $ in the drawer. So I tried to buy a $100 gift card so then I could pay with the gift card. They rejected the cash again. What type of buisness rejects cash. I will never go back to Starbucks again and I have been a devoted customer. Never again. 2 kids left hungry, crying and upset.

Thanksgiving’s day my family came sit down 10mins after. I asked for a cup of water for my 5 years old son is that hard. One of the newest i guess employee told me to go order it from the counter which i usually get it from one of the barista. 10mins later i come asked for a water again he wanted a water instead. The lady told me she called for a few times Venti cup of water and i didn’t hear so it might’ve someone took it which i sit right there and i’m not deaf! By the time we stood up and ready to leave! She shouted a cup of water which is too late! You’re losing a loyal client starbuck! Shame on this location! Very rude attitude employee! If i could give it zero star i would! Super disappointed! Better training employees!

I’ve only ordered from this location once, but I had no issues. Large parking lot shared with other businesses. Lots of people started coming in at noon. The person who rung me up was friendly and helpful. Ordered a Venti Matcha Frappuccino, which was ready in about five minutes and tasted fine.
