It is fine for most things it's a Starbucks. But very clearly no one has been trained on how to pour nitro. This is the nitro I got after sending the first one back. Would you accept a half foam Guinness? You need to do some training with your staff.

This location is horrible. Always says they are open but closed. 2 hours later still not open. This happens way too often. More than 100 people came and left. You have two staff inside just look at you out the window. They need a new manager.

So I paid an extra $1.25 for the salted caramel foam and this is what they gave me. The girl was trying to tell me she did put the foam on top, but it looked and tasted nothing like there's any foam here. I get this drink everyday, I know how the foam is supposed to look. This store used to make great drinks, I wonder happened after they renovated and hired new people? She wasn't even going to apologize or try to make it right. She re-made the drink but didn't seem to be happy. With the second try, it looked the same, something about the foam was definitely not right.

Usually don’t go to Starbucks, but found myself here on the way to work. Waited 15 minutes for my coffee (just an ice coffee with cream+sugar), and hurried to work when it was finally ready. Worth noting they have a table organized by first letter in your name where you’re supposed to get your coffee when it’s ready. Mine was finally placed two sections over in the wrong area. Anyway, noticed about half way through it that there were a bunch of grounds in it. For an overpriced coffee, that’s pretty disappointing.

This place served as a nice sanctuary while I waited for my mother and her husband to arrive at the Logan Express at the airport. Because we were deep in the evening, I didn't want anything caffeinated and while I don't understand all the high-brow coffee verbiage spewed at Starbucks, they were able to make me a pumpkin spice drink without any caffeine. Of course, I got the whipped cream and slowly sipped it to pass the time. I was hyper-grateful for this place being here and I really love the fact that they employ the local teenagers. Stay fly Starbucks

Every time I get a mobile order or Uber eats a coffee from this store it always comes with coffee all over the cup and inside of the bag… use a stopper please pretty easy

Went on a busy Saturday morning, but nothing their team shouldn't have been prepared for. Ordered a Venti Mocha Frap w a shot, no whip. Paid a $2 tip in advance. Listened carefully for my name to be called. Got a Pumpkin Spice Frap w whip. Promptly returned it to the same cashier who understood the error, resubmitted my order for correction. I got a blend of ice and milk.

Terrible w8 times. Orders put together in piece mail. You NEVER get ur whole order at once. Worse; the pieces are randomly put up on the counter (1 piece on 1 end, another on the other end, 1 at the back of the counter, etc., etc). And when they call 1 piece at a time, if u decide to w8 for all parts, they get extremely irritated and continue to YELL ur name.. That's when they actually do decide to call ur name versus just dropping on the counter in the sea of about 35 other drinks. The counter is gross and no attempt to wipe it down during busy times.There is NEVER any common courteousness (have a nice day, thank you, we appreciate ur business, do you have everything). Quite the opposite actually; no eye contact or acknowlegement. Often (always?); That's not my job, I'm on hot drinks, I'm on cold drinks, I'm only doing food, go to register and ask/tell them. Not once has anyone ever said, let me see what I can do, I'll see if I can get someone to help, etc.Paying a premium price certainly does NOT translate to premium or even standard good customer service sadly
