Love paying $25 for two sandwiches with bread so stale it is both rock hard AND crumbles when you try to eat it.

I went to the store to buy a snack, and when paying with my coupon, the man informed me that it didn't work, that it was only for online orders. I questioned him and he said that it was only for online orders. I then said that I wouldn't take it and he said that I would have to pay. I was deceived by this employee and by this company's false advertising.

Me & my partner went into this subway establishment located in Braintree right next to the Burger King… We actually had just drove all the way from the Walmart because we didn’t wanna have Subway in Walmart. We wanted to just grab Subway without too many people around and the only one that was open was the one in Braintree. We walked in and there was a couple that was at the register pretty much their sandwiches were completed and he was just finishing the rest of their order and my wife didn’t mind waiting. We are waiting for about 1015 minutes but didn’t mind because we were next in line, a young gentleman sitting in the corner at a table on his phone with his head down he was a worker from the BBQ spot. As soon as the couple was done getting their order and they left the guy behind the counter, pointed at us and then pointed at the guy in the corner and says I’m taking his order first because he’s been waiting and he’s my friend. meanwhile, me and my wife at this point had been waiting there for about 20 minutes and we really come on like we’ve just been waiting and we’re like he wasn’t standing in line so I don’t really understand how it’s appropriate to have customers standing there and then tell some guy in the corner in front of us in line. It was absolutely inappropriate the way he pointed at us and said he wasn’t gonna take our order when we were the next person explain to him he was very apprehensive me and my wife decided to take business elsewhere wouldn’t recommend coming here just because of his attitude and first impression from the start the bad reviews on here as well about credit card scams and him not being very sanitized in the food not being fresh so I’m glad we dodged. A bullet went to a different subway.

I came back to this location because the lady washed her hands and changed her gloves before preparing my order. She was not working today! I am happy that I see the guy who worked today was not in tune with sanitation or how to address customers! He used the same gloves for collecting money, touching the register, all the food, and anything he came in contact with! The guy was not concerned about cleanliness! He proceeds to look at me crazy when I asked him to change his gloves! The food looked nasty as well! He was just disgusting, rude, and unorganized! Glad I left! I will never stop by here again!

The guy working was absolutely rude. Made my sub wrong and when I went back in to have it re-made he told me well you need to wait or I can just put your sandwich that’s already been made on new bread. As a former store manger of a subway that goes against policy. Charged me for a 6inch when I ordered a mini. Did not properly wrap my sub. I will be contacting the district management of this store. My owners of my store would never let this happen. Absolutely the opposite of subway standards.

Owner is absolutely rude. Their store was used to hack into my Subway account and access my credit card and order 8 different orders in a 1 hour time to the same person. I contacted the owner and she was very defensive and said she wouldn't cancel the order, you have to contact corporate. What a complete scam and failure of a business.

I was going to the other shop for subs until they forgot the ingredients. Now onto subway where they didn’t forget the ingredients great sub great taste all done with the other joint if your going to make a sub add enough meats subway did there homework
