I'm a taxi driver and I'm in there every day the owner of the company and the work is a great people the story is always clean I could go in and use the bathroom they don't say anything about it they know me by my name they work hard story is 100% clean sanitary the owners are awesome to their workers and they treat them with respect and give them hours to pay the bills.. I understand people have to make money but the owner takes care of her workers even when slow she makes sure her employees are making money that's called a good boss she's respectful iftake care of her business.... And her employees work hard and they are very respectful to all their customers good job

I’ve been going to this subway for years but haven’t been recently and I think sometime in the past few years they switched owners. Very good call because the workers now are always very friendly and courteous. The food is fresh and they never mess up my order.

This location never accepts Subway coupons and doesn't participate in any deals. Only reason I go here is because its closer.

The food here is good, when they are open. Last week I went in 30 minutes after opening and they were not ready to serve. This morning, another 30
Min after opening and they are still locked up. It’s very annoying when you drive to a business expecting their hours to be right only to be let down.

Had to wait an hour for 2 sandwiches. I've had issues before with ordering from here, paying extra for certain items and not receiving them. But I figured everyone has bad days. The second bad experience I was a little fed up but I don't get subway often and this one is close to where I live so 3rd time comes around. It's been an hour. Still not ready. This place is a joke.

I went to the store to buy a snack, and when paying with my coupon, the man informed me that it didn't work, that it was only for online orders. I questioned him and he said that it was only for online orders. I then said that I wouldn't take it and he said that I would have to pay. I was deceived by this employee and by this company's false advertising.

Me & my partner went into this subway establishment located in Braintree right next to the Burger King… We actually had just drove all the way from the Walmart because we didn’t wanna have Subway in Walmart. We wanted to just grab Subway without too many people around and the only one that was open was the one in Braintree. We walked in and there was a couple that was at the register pretty much their sandwiches were completed and he was just finishing the rest of their order and my wife didn’t mind waiting. We are waiting for about 1015 minutes but didn’t mind because we were next in line, a young gentleman sitting in the corner at a table on his phone with his head down he was a worker from the BBQ spot. As soon as the couple was done getting their order and they left the guy behind the counter, pointed at us and then pointed at the guy in the corner and says I’m taking his order first because he’s been waiting and he’s my friend. meanwhile, me and my wife at this point had been waiting there for about 20 minutes and we really come on like we’ve just been waiting and we’re like he wasn’t standing in line so I don’t really understand how it’s appropriate to have customers standing there and then tell some guy in the corner in front of us in line. It was absolutely inappropriate the way he pointed at us and said he wasn’t gonna take our order when we were the next person explain to him he was very apprehensive me and my wife decided to take business elsewhere wouldn’t recommend coming here just because of his attitude and first impression from the start the bad reviews on here as well about credit card scams and him not being very sanitized in the food not being fresh so I’m glad we dodged. A bullet went to a different subway.

I came back to this location because the lady washed her hands and changed her gloves before preparing my order. She was not working today! I am happy that I see the guy who worked today was not in tune with sanitation or how to address customers! He used the same gloves for collecting money, touching the register, all the food, and anything he came in contact with! The guy was not concerned about cleanliness! He proceeds to look at me crazy when I asked him to change his gloves! The food looked nasty as well! He was just disgusting, rude, and unorganized! Glad I left! I will never stop by here again!
