This Sweet Sip is amazing, everytime I come my drink is always made beautifully and the guy who takes my order is always willing to recommend me drinks to try and describe the drinks to me! The service has always been pretty fast too.Every drink I've had has tasted fantastic. My favorites so far are the Rose lychee butterfly tea and the Purple rain milk tea ?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXTREMELY SLOW AND RUDE MANAGER. I ordered a specific drink and the guy serving said they didn’t have it. Two minutes later I see them serving the drink I wanted to another customer. I ask them to change what I ordered to what I originally wanted. The manager told me they already started making what I ordered and refused to make the drink I wanted. As a business he lost his money, time and products because I asked for a refund. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
