How does a boba shop plan to justify an hour wait… for boba. I’m so confused and wicked annoyed, I shouldn’t have to call ahead to see if there will be boba before coming to a BOBA STORE.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sweet Sip in the South Shore Plaza food court. On May 24th, 2025, I ordered a sweet melon tea, but my card was charged TWICE for the same drink. When I brought it up to the staff, they were unhelpful and didn’t seem concerned about fixing the mistake.
To make matters worse, the drink itself was extremely bland—hardly any flavor, just overly sweet with no real taste. For the price, I expected something much better. Between the double charge and the lackluster quality, I won’t be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere in the food court.
