Many years ago I went to a Long Island location to buy my wife blackened catfish with takeaway. She enjoyed it but I didn't think much of it. The trouble with their restaurant concept, too many similar businesses, ie Bennigans. Their food always was reliable but institutional. The same formula as McDonald's, except for fast food and burgers McDonald's is better.

Very nice waitress but it took an hour for our food to arrive and it wasn't busy. Mashed potatoes were cold but chicken was sizzling! Manager told us they are short staffed but there were other staff around who said the kitchen is horrible! Manager gave a free dessert but it didn't make up for a party of 5 who sat down after my party of 2 getting their food before us. I hope they can get it together because I loved Fridays, smh

Worst eating out experience I've had in ages . Waitress tried her best to salvage a bad thing but this couldn't be helped. Burger not cooked to way over cooked daughters broccoli not even taken out of storage bag just put on plate. 65 plus tip soooonot worth it. Inly saving grace was waitress who even seemed embarrassed to be there. Never will go back again. Gone way outta control.

Recently came in here after a really long time and I must say the service was amazing. All the bartenders were super friendly super intuitive. I literally didn’t have to wait for anything. They were always checking up on me. I believe she was a manager and she has brown hair. She was also amazing we connected speaking about Avril Lavigne. I am African-American so it’s very important that when I come into establishment in this day and age, I feel welcome. Unfortunately, you don’t always feel that way however they exceeded everything. I absolutely love how I felt when I left and I definitely recommend everybody to continue coming I just truly love when I’m able to go into the establishment and feel welcomed not feeling like I’m being racially profiled or judged and it just was awesome so I just wanted to say thank you to the girls. I wasn’t able to get their names but this was the day before Halloween around 2 PM

I was seated promptly but as I sat down to look at the menu it looks like something sticky spilt on it then they threw it on the floor, but as I was realizing that the smell of the restaurant overtook me. A rancid Odor that smelled worse in certain parts of the restaurant like a sewage pipe had burst and they are trying to cover it up with bleach. I put my nasty menu down and I grabbed my purse and left. Didn’t even order a drink or talk to a waiter I couldn’t take the smell it made me nauseous and not want to eat and kinda afraid to find out what’s going on the kitchen

Open late night which with our team is crucial at times. You'd expect service to slump but our waiter did a terrific job taking care of our group. We were all exhausted from an extremely long day and at 10pm we still were taken care of so well. Food was normal and atmosphere was so-so but no other issues to report. Thanks!
