We had a great experience! Coming all the way from Australia the TGIFridays in America is so much better! Our waitress Robin was super helpful and accomodating. She had made it super easy with our kids and was very patient with us! Would definitely recommend and will be back!Kid-friendliness: Our two babies under 2 had a great time and lived the food!

This is our go to spot for thursday date night. Our last visit was horrible and we vowed to never return. Today we decided to give it another shot and we are so glad we did.Felt like this place took a complete 180, must be under new management or something. Seated immediately, food came out immediately, steak cooked to perfection and above all else our server, Chris, was the best we ever had. Made us feel like VIPs.Will definitely be returning

Convenience does not equal Quality here. A group of coworkers and I were staying at the Hyatt which this location is steps away from, so we decided to drop in for dinner. The place was quiet for a Tuesday night, so while we were a party of 9, assumed it would be okay. From the start, it seemed like there was only one server for the dining area. We gave our orders a couple of times as the waiter was immediately overwhelmed by our party size, but we were fine with this until it became a very long wait for food. Well into an hour before entrees came out and slow trickle. Food across the coworkers was either cold and not cooked well or burnt and overdone, as in the case of my whiskey glazed burger and onion rings. At this point we were starving so something is better than nothing (though I will regret this sentiment later on in my hotel room when my stomach protested the hockey puck of a meal sitting in its midst). Then the checks. Again, we knew we were going to need to be patient for separate checks, however the server charged the wrong cards with the wrong meals, then double charged one coworker (same person who ended up not eating because the sizzling chicken and shrimp was not sizzling and you could see the process cheese slices and shred cheese unmelted on top of cold chicken). We did not have an issue with this portion taking time, but we did have issues with the fact that the server never apologized for continuing to make errors on charges and recharging cards... Not fixing the errors and having the attitude of oh well figure it out tomorrow. Even with calling a manager over which took a other 20 minutes, we were met with the same casual attitude of what are you worried about it will reverse. I will always be patient with restaurants and wait staff, but this location is a one time emergency experience at your risk only! Not worth the long wait for subpar food and non-existent service

I just want to take a moment and share my experience at TGI in Braintree.We were there with my family and friends for my Grandmother’s 97th birthday on Friday March 1st 2024. Our favorite waiter Patrick was there per our request and he was wonderful! The manager Barbara and her assistant are very nice and pleasant! We had a such great time, the atmosphere was great and the service was excellent!!! The food was delicious and the drinks as well. We have been going there for years and always have a pleasant experience. I recommend this place 100 % !!! Shout out to the staff and cooks !! Se ya soon ! ?❤️

I recently went out for a drinks with friends at Friday’s, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by one of your bar tenders Christina. She was not only attentive and responsive to our needs but also displayed a genuine warmth that made our dining experience truly memorable. Her recommendations were spot on, and the care she took to ensure our comfort throughout the evening was remarkable. It's rare to encounter someone who not only excels at their job in this field. but also adds a personal touch that elevates the entire experience. I can't recommend Christina enough – she is a true asset to the company.
