Service was slooooow. Went in around 430, sat at the bar and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a burger and two appetizers. Had to go over to the cheesecake counter MYSELF to get my slice because the bartender was too busy chatting with their friend and the manager was glued to host stand. Pretty disappointing as it’s usually not bad and the service is much quicker when they are busy.

The Cheesecake Factory is the biggest rip-off I’ve ever experienced. They charged $12.50 for the tiniest slice of cake I’ve ever seen—it was barely a few bites. Absolutely not worth the price and by far the most ridiculous purchase I’ve made anywhere. Total disappointment and a complete scam.

Came for my birthday to get the cheesecake I always get every year that I go there they suddenly couldn’t find my account the manager wasn’t helpful she couldn’t just ask to see my ID and be nice just told me there is nothing she could do very disappointed of the customer service cheesecake will definitely won’t be my to go place from now on.

Had to come on here and rave about our waiter Omar (sorry if I’m spelling this wrong), but he was on evening shift 9/4. My boyfriend and I cannot stop talking about his amazing energy! This made the entire experience. What an incredible asset to your team! Great energy is contagious! Give this man a raise and all the praise he deserves. Mac and cheese, crusted chicken Romano, miso salmon, egg roll sampler are all must haves.

Was very good. Had the steak medallions from the skinny menu. Perfect portion, peppery and tangy. Attentive server. Pretty quick service. Egyptian themed was unexpected.
It’s not our first time at Cheesecake, but it was the first time we had superb service. Mickey and the front house manager were both very attentive. We would typically get poor service when we don’t order alcohol at restaurants, but not Mickey. He was very attentive, a solid person, very positive for a Wednesday dinner service, and excellent at his job.

Yall should work on your response on bodily fluids. I couldn't stay with the view and the smell. Granted, it wasn't the staff's fault but I think they could've handled it in a more timely manner and aired out the eating area or something.

I order from cheesecake often but I have to say I go all the way to predential they take pride when they cook ain't it the same food why when I order the same stuff her it's nasty u guys need to do better and portions are getting smaller prices are going up
