I believe I got take out 3 days ago spent over $100there, call Braintree to place my order on the way, I could not understand anything at all that she said I was on the phone for well over 10 minutes. I believe that my daughter had to go in and place the order, and it was an extremely long way. The buffalo bites where not your . The was barely any chicken in it. Spent over $100. I love that restaurant my family has been going there for years. I never minded paying a lot of money to go there because it was well worth it. I will never do it again

Today's visit to the Cheesecake Factory in Braintree, MA, was underwhelming. As today's meal of Green Tea and the Tuscan Chicken just didn't make the level of culinary recognition, it should have been for its usual quality of food.
The grilled chicken was overcooked and dry. I had to ask for a steak knife to cut into the chicken. The grape tomatoes were sautéed nicely and it was a beautiful presentation, but some of the grape tomatoes must have been old because they tasted sour, even with the sweet basalmic vinegar some of the tomatoes were just awful. I wish I had taken a photo of my dish because as I unpacked the chicken the vegetables under were three tiny asparagus tips and more stewed tomatoes, three pieces of artichoke, onions plus caper and a basil puree drizzled over everything. Finally, under it all, there was supposed to be Farro. I'm not sure who plated this dish, but there wasn't even a whole tablespoon of Farro under the chicken. I didn't complain, because I was meeting a friend and we waited a good forty minutes before our lunch was served and didnt want to have to remake something that should have been served well the first time. Well my $30.00 for this meal was not well spent today 1/3/25; I am just glad my friend who met for lunch was such great company because my meal today was a total disappointment. I come here at least once a month for dinner and it’s always so good! Food comes out within a reasonable time and everyone is always nice. Last night (1/2/24), Sam D was our waitress and she was so kind! She checked on us multiple times and got us anything we needed even though it was a super busy. She also successfully helped me surprise my boyfriend with a birthday sundae at the end of our meal! I appreciate her lots and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves (and that we get her as our server next time we come!).

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake for Christmas and picked it up the day before. Unfortunately when we opened it, Christmas day eve it was not a strawberry cheesecake. It was peppermint. I called the Braintree location and spoke with Jessica the manager who was more than happy to correct the mistake. Thank you Jessica for making it an easy fix😁 that’s great customer service!

🇭🇹Drinks are very weak every time. Food is decent Beautiful atmosphere and comfortable. Seating is quick even on busy nights.
Yesterday, I purchased 4 slices of cheesecake @ $11.00 each. Buyer beware! The slices were glaringly skimpy! The cheescake is yummy but not worth purchasing by the slice at the Braintree, MA location..
This is one of those places that we know is there, but never think about it when it's time to eat. We got delivery from here last night.
I had the steak/ chicken dish, wife had the enchiladas. We split a piece of Coconut cream cheesecake.
Well good lord.....that was the absolute BEST meal that we've ever had delivered.....they followed all of our directions and substitutions.....spot on! A bit pricey I suppose......about 80 bucks for the 2 of us...(with tips and fees and more fees and the fee for having more than 2 fees.) LOL.
Just darn good.....that is all.

Servers PLEASE STOP TALKING OVER PEOPLES FOOD. Saliva spreads!!!! It’s common sense. This server directly had her mouth over my food trying to multitask and contaminating my food at the same time. Disgusting.

Made the final day of my trip to Braintree ma from Braintree UK . Omg what a place and well worth the calories I added to my body during my visit. The waiter I had was absolutely amazing this guy deserved a massive pat on the back a credit to your establishment. I wish I remember his name. I had a bacon burger and sweet potato fries and omg one of the nicest burgers I have had. Followed by one of the most amazing cheesecakes a lemon one with lemon mousse omg.and a caramel one to take away . I know it's a chain restaurant but done so well .
