Food was great, I just don't want it chopped up in little pieces for me.

Everything was awesome.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We were seated promptly, but it went downhill from there. Our server seemed rushed despite there being plenty of empty tables and a birthday celebration nearby, there was no reason for the pressure.

I ordered a miso soup that was delivered rudely, with the server’s hand covering the entire rim of the bowl and touching the soup. I don’t usually complain, so I let it slide, though I shouldn’t have. Then the sushi arrived and it tasted off, the mango sauce was not good, and something just wasn’t right. Even the wasabi was strange, it wasn’t spicy at all and tasted like some sort of imitation, which was very weird.

To make matters worse, they rushed us through the meal, dropped the check abruptly, and started cleaning around us while we were still sitting. We even saw a mouse on our way out. Despite it being just two of us, they automatically added the tip, which felt completely inappropriate given the experience.

By the end, I felt physically sick, whether it was the food or the overall experience, I’m not sure. Either way, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place. The food was awful, the service was rude, and the cleanliness was unacceptable.

I always say that a place has to have a good impression from the entrance the bathroom the ambience and this restaurant was exactly the same terrible experience walking in all abandoned fountain working I try the soup and the salad they give you in the Japanese steakhouse and it was the worst I’ve ever had in my life That was scared to try the food and I literally felt compelled to just take off a leave. I was afraid I was gonna ruin my evening if I kept eating their food, the soup tasted like the onions were more than a year old in a box and the salad dressing it was something that he had nothing to do with Japanese steakhouse. It was like a mixture if Frankenstein of thousand island with I don’t know what it was terrible and sweet and horrible And the cleanliness of the place everything for 30 years there is no respect for the owners to their restaurant so I never recommend anyone to go there be very afraid I’m sorry but I have to

me and my family went here and i was very humiliated by our server,i watched as she catered to the other families except me and my children.even had my kids looking at me and suggesting that i dressed and looked a certain way for this dinner,i felt belittled infront of my kids because of skin color i never felt this way from people of this culture ,she sized me up BIG TIME maybe i didn’t look like a big tipper but she assumed because i’m pretty sure i made more money than anyone at the table with the work i do ,i could not even drive home straight with this on my mind i cryed for hours and i’m still not mentally right

Our meals at the hibachi side were amazing. We each had steak, and it was so very tender. Nothing was salty or had an oily taste either. The vegetables were fresh and tasty. We will be back.

Kid-friendliness: The table behind us did a birthday party for about 8 children. The chef at the hibachi was wonderful with them.

If I could I will give 0 stars!
Dirty table , Miso soup, cold ,taste Like base soup. I ordered fry calamari ,overcooked ,full of oil ,so greasy you couldn’t even look at. Disappointed service! Tip,included in the final bill 15%, which I don’t think they deserve even 1%.
Never go back!!!

Absolutely aweful place. The worse. I had a reservation at 6:30 for me and my toddler (just us two) it took an hour just to seat us WITH A RESERVATION. We were sat at 7:40 and we ate at 9!!!! A whole hour and a half just to be served food. My bill came up to $70 they didnt even offer to take the apple juice off my tab. Horrible service. The family sitting next to me go there way after me and my daughter and they were given comp on their tab but not ours. Will NEVER be returning. Highly disappointed. AND this place definitely does NOT take reservations, such a lie, I’ve NEVER had to wait this long to be seated AND to be fed.

Great Japanese Hibachi Grill, always fun... we try to go here at least once a month.

There's one cook... his name eludes me at this time. He wears a Cowboy hat and an old-fashioned gun belt for his knives. He cracks me up all the time

One thing... pay attention to your bill. At a certain point, they will add the tip to the bill. They don't tell you they do it.

Other than that, I love this place and the food and show.
