We live in the neighborhood and finally made our way over for a pick up order. Grabbed house margs at the bar while we waited. Soooo good! Drinks were on point. Food was scrumptious and ano fresh and chef made a point of alerting me to any potential cross-contamination for my food allergy. Great in winter. Can’t wait for spring, summer, fall.

We had a good time at Uno Mas. The service was great and friendly. The tacos were pricey and decent, and the drinks (mocktails) were one note. We also got the smoked wings and they were awesome.

We walked in just as last call was happening. Bartender was cleaning and getting ready to close. However, he allowed us to order drinks while he cleaned. He was the most hospitable… charming, with a dash of sarcasm.
These two ladies were impressed! The cocktails were fantastic. Craft but not too foofoo. Solid taste and still boozey. Beautiful balance.

My brother and I went to uno mas Saturday around 6 pm for reservation, not busy around the time. It Starter getting packed around 7 to 8pm.
We got the elote corn, queso burger, chicken *egg roll (was ok, not my favorite but my brother like it) *, fish tacos and carne asada.
Drinks: "don't be prickly pear" and "orange crush"

Good food, well priced. You throw in some reggeaton and some afrobeats to the playlist, and you got yourself something all Braintree is lacking.

Cool vibe and really good drinks! The papas were overly salted and didn’t really have enough sauce at the bottom to balance things and the sauce was odd (like veering from tasting only lime to only cilantro). Both tacos I got were pretty mushy so not a super fun texture experience and the corn tortilla for the shrimp taco was cold. The shrimp was well cooked but almost over seasoned in a way that didn’t match the other flavors. The school taco was spicy which I didn’t expect but better than the shrimp taco. Overall, I didn’t finish either taco and thought the food was not very good. My friend liked her carne asada taco but the chicken taco she got was heavy on chicken and not seasoned. I really enjoyed my Pink Flamingo drink though and my friend loved her margaritas so I recommend the bar.

The ambiance was great, with a cool cantina vibe, and the space was nicely decorated. They also have an upstairs section, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We started with the elote dip with bits of pork belly, and that was definitely the highlight of the meal—superb corn and incredibly tender pork belly. For our entrees, we had the sweet potato enchiladas and three tacos (carne asada, chicken, and pork). The enchiladas came in a cast iron pan and were presented well, but they could have used a sauce or some garnish to elevate the flavor. They were just okay. As for the tacos, the chicken was bland, and the pork taco was dry. Overall, the food was decent, but the seasoning was lacking. It’s a great spot for drinks and apps, but we felt the overall the experience was just okay for us.

Such a great spot. I was truly impressed by the service, the smiling faces, warm greetings and how attentive our server was. Our drinks and food came out in no time. It was fast and we were quick to be seated as well. The atmosphere was wonderful, it wasn’t loud, and well lighted. We had a great experience and would definitely go back.
Churros were delicious, so good!
