I decided to stop by Wetzel’s Pretzels at South Shore Plaza instead of my usual Auntie Anne’s — and I regret it. I ordered Dog Bites (plain), waited 5–10 minutes, and ended up with the wrong thing: plain pretzel bites with butter and salt. The staff seemed unhappy to be there, moved slowly, and by the time I got my order, a long line had formed behind me.
I emailed customer service (as they suggest people do — I saw that in other reviews), but I never received a reply. So what’s the point of asking customers to email if you’re not going to respond?
This whole experience was a disappointment. Wrong order, long wait, unfriendly service, and no follow-up from customer support. I wish I had gone back to Auntie Anne’s like I usually do. At least there, the service is friendly, quick, and they get the order right.
If you want good pretzels and good service, go to Auntie Anne’s. If you want problems, go to Wetzel’s Pretzels.

The guy at cashier seen like sleeping at work, very bad attitude take 10 minutes to get 2 lemonades to previous customer, never back there for sure
The company switched app recently, when they changed they gave customers 1 free pretzel to celebrate. I went to use it today, the computer would not take it, what makes it worse is that there's a ad for the new app, not the old one. So that's false advertising right there. Wasted a trip and a free pretzel, I no longer have it in my account. If you are going to switch apps or update your rewards system, you have to make sure that everything is up to date, your employees knowledge, and the computer. Everytime I try to go I'm reminded why Antre Anne's is better. Would have bought a lemonade with the free pretzel, instead I didn't buy anything.

Besides the group of teens infront of us who couldn't decide what they wanted after standing in line for 10 mins and taking another 5 mins to order, the service was quick once at the register and the food is always good.

The people that work there are so rude and they are always in a hurry to get you out of the line . I feel like they don’t like there job but it’s not the customers fault . Horrible customer service .

It was hard to find decent pretzels and this was the closest place on a sunday
went to the south shore plaza and the cashier was very rude. did not want to make almond crunch bites.
Poor customer service. Products overpriced
This place is so disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The workers are also very disrespectful. They always yell over the food they’re cooking I also heard one say the have to throw away the flour due to mice. Yuck !
