My wife and I started with the scallop and shrimp skewer. Great app ! We got the pub burger and bourbon steak tips for the main meal. Both were filing and tasted great. The portions were perfect so we can split the chocolate cake for dessert. Great meal !

Went for family dinner. Overall rating 5 out of 10 at best. Ordered 2 steak frites, pub burger and Mac and cheese. All meals were strangely cold on first taste. Sent all meals back. Even my Cisco grey lady draft beer was flat, unbelievable. Unfortunately second round of meals wasn't much better. Steaks and burgers were decent, Mac and cheese, fries were terrible. Manager provided complementary drink but didn't make up for the very sub par meals. Would definitely recommend you to pursue another option in the area for sure. Amazing to believe a resort of this caliber with such a significant investment in hospitality business would have such oversight in the food quality.

Located in a roomy cavern in a hotel basement, Bayzo's is a good spot for a drink in the sleepy town of Brewster. We stopped in for pre-wedding festivities with a large group and found the spot crowded and convivial. Although we were apparently too late for dinner, the vodka martinis were nice and quick, and the bar made for a cozy spot for connecting with old friends.

Multiple complaints while staying at Ocean Edge and dining at Bayzo. The atmosphere was the best part, other than that, the service and food did not live up to what it should have. Especially when you order a bottle of wine, and it’s not in stock, the replacement that was given was 4x the price, without any notice. The food came out cold and not on time, we had to ask the server multiple times if the order was placed. For a place that is supposed to be one of the cape’s best, we left feeling like we left a restaurant with no care in the world. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to the cape.

This establishment shouldn’t be below a 4.4. For a Pub, this is a 5.0 pub. The 3.4 rating is so off the mark, it’s criminal. I have been in the medical industry for 20 years and have frequented many restaurants and establishments and everything we ordered was fantastic! The shrimp/scallop skewer was so delicious we ordered an extra one. Our server Santena was so sweet and she even produced a cappuccino for me that was technically only offered upstairs. The crew went out of their way to please us and on top of the amazing food, the bar which is right across from the seating areas is top notch making some amazing drinks. You will not be disappointed with Bayzo’s. I’m still shocked that this place is rated only a 3.4, consider that completely inaccurate.

We didn't love the basement feel but the service and food weren't great. We ordered an appetizer to share but it was taking forever and hadn't arrived when our entrees showed up - I mentioned we wanted our appetizer first- it was a sharing thing for the table... so they took the entrees back. Then I had second thoughts- imagining our food just hanging under heat lamps- so I mentioned my concern - I was told they would redo them. I said if that was an issue- we'd rather just have the entrees brought back. After about 8 minutes later our appetizer arrived- along with the entrees. -all together. - ugh. And yes, the entrees were the same ones - just held... so super grey colored steak- not good. The sliders had maybe teaspoon of meet in each. A glass of wine which tasted like it was opened for a week, totally undrinkable- I didn't bother sending it back. Barely an apology from the inexperienced waiter. No visit from management. 3 people $200 plus dollars. Not worth the mediocrity. Also on the way out no one even said goodbye or thanks etc...just a few people hanging around chatting with each other. This is all a product of lack of management. Too bad.

The shrimp/scallop skewer was so delicious we ordered an extra one. Our server Santena was so sweet and she even produced a cappuccino for me that was technically only offered upstairs. The crew went out of their way to please us. You will love this cozy, upscale pub and we will definitely be back here the next time we are vacationing on the Cape!

We were staying at the Ocean Edge resort and made a same day reservation for dinner for 8pm. We got there a bit early and they sat us right away. Our server Flora was efficient and attentive and checked on us often. We ordered the spinach dip appetizer and it did not disappoint! It was so delicious we asked for a few more chips so we could finish it off because we didn't want to waste any. The burger was amazing and the asian wings were fantastic but a little salty for us. Overall this was a fantastic meal and we enjoyed the pub feel of the restaurant. We only wished we had gone on a night where there was live music!

Portions have been made into more pub size - sharable options and very affordable for region. Entrees sent same to come with any sides so order a salad or starter for yourself. Drinks somewhat pricey but very well made and strong. Notable food: Lamb ribs and a Caesar wedge side. Spinach and Artichoke dip, so good. Fried Cod tacos, yum. Sliders, yum. Explore the mansion!!

We decided to give Bayzo's a second try with friends on a busy Saturday night. They did a great job catering to all the little special changes we requested. Their general manager came to our table asking how everything was and we were very satisfied with the selections we made. The Vermont cheese plate is a great appetizer for 4 people and we liked the selection of cheeses with the truffle cheddar as our favorite. The Caesar salad was great and the lollipop lamb chops deliciously prepared with a chimichurri sauce. We also shared two deserts. Both delicious, the molten chocolate cake and the crème brûlée.

We had an excellent time at Bayzos restaurant. Flora made my family feel so welcome and provided the absolute best service! Sometimes you’re treated less than when eating out with kids at a fancy resort but Flora made us all happy, comfortable and provided five star service. Food and atmosphere was also excellent!!
