We always enjoy dinners at Spinnaker. The food is artfully prepared and very flavorful. Tonight I had a delicious striped bass. The kitchen was kind enough to substitute roast potato’s for the listed mashed and they, too, were delicious. In addition to the potatoes, the fish was served with garlic green beans, tomato confit, and an asparagus puree that elevated the bass. Service was friendly and timely. Excellent dining. Dined there several times. Always special. Ristorazione italiana at its best and I’m Italian. Lived in Rome. Looking forward to next visit. A marvelous dining experience.
This was the best meal we have had in ages! Chef Rob and staff are so awesome and the food is fantastic!!!
