Local place, nothing fancy but solid food. Tips added to a salad portion was a bit small, but tender and well seasoned.Parking: Lot fills up fast, go to the back for more spots

Our first time here and will never go back. Our server (Juan?) was very impatient, pacing back and forth. We ordered a salad and entree to split. The TOTAL entree had 6 shrimp and 6 onion rings that we shared (3 shrimp and 3 onion rings for each of us). The bill came and it made no sense to us. Asked the waiter about the confusion and he really couldn't explain it properly. We should have been informed on the extra splitting fees on the salad and entree beforehand and then to overcharge an extra splitting fee on top of that-really not right. My mind is splitting just writing this review!

Had the seafood molajete, which was fantastic! Waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable. Parking was a little tough as it was a busy night.Definitely one of my favorite restaurants, and would highly recommend.Parking: Both the front and rear lot were full, a staff member came out to help after a while.

Island Blue Crab exceeded my expectations during my recent off-season visit. Opting for the seafood tower and lobster scampi (on their specials), I was quite impressed! The freshness and quality of the seafood was outstanding, with the lobster scampi stealing the show with its perfectly cooked lobster in a delectable garlic-infused butter sauce. Complementing this feast was a flawless dirty martini, impeccably balanced to enhance the overall dining experience. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the phenomenal service. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness, providing recommendations and ensuring every detail was taken care of. Even during the off-season, Island Blue Crab maintained its charm. The restaurant exuded a cozy and intimate ambiance, contributing to a more relaxed and personalized dining experience. This visit affirmed that Island Blue Crab is not just a seasonal delight.

Place was packed on a Saturday at 6:30. No parking and I went in to ask how long a wait for a table for 4 - 15 minutes! I explained there was no parking and the host actually went outside to show us where we could park Seated, service at the beginning was a little slow. But then ok. We had to ask for a cocktail menu and the specials sheet I had the house Pinot noir. It was very good. Chicken caprese for dinner. Home made linguine- was excellent My husband had blackened salmon which he said was very good They let us take our time. We were there about 90 minutes Would certainly return

Did someone say LOBSTER ROLL? Warm? On a buttery crusty roll? BEST ANYWHERE. Hands down. Prove me wrong. I'll wait Comes with a heaping helping of awesome fries, too. Seriously. Just DO IT. And get a Whalers IPA to go with it!

Went here this weekend based on a friend's recommendation. Was unsure of what to expect but the menu looked interesting so we went. All I can say is that this was one of the best dining out experiences EVER! They don't take reservations for less than 6 people so we had to wait for about 15 minutes which was not bad for a Friday night. The staff was amazing with keeping us posted on our seating. I would have waited an hour if I had to for the food we had. It was amazing. I had the molcajete which was quite possibly one of the top 10 things I've ever eaten. My wife had the mussels and the broth they came in was out of this world. What made this place an 11 out of 10 was the staff. It's so rare these days to see an entire staff so clearly devoted to providing a superior dining experience for their customers. Sincere. Eager to please. Genuine. Engaging. We are still talking about what an amazing experience we had Thank you!!!

Do NOT be fooled by its VFW hall-like facade. Just walk right in and prepare to be impressed with excellent quality food and friendly service. This fine establishment features a relaxed atmosphere, a menu with something for everyone and nicely made drinks. The seafood options are excellent the ones I have had.

The foid was pretty good. Someone in the kitchen was chopping or doing something else so it was not relaxing. Service was good in between the server playing with her

I had a salad and then the mussels from the appetizer menu as my dinner. The mussels were out of this world! My husband loved his seafood stew. The restaurant was a little on the loud side which made conversation difficult and there were a lot of puddles in the parking lot due to lots of rain and an uneven parking lot. In the end it's all about the food. If it's raining wear boots.
