I stayed here for one night in the office season. The Mansion is beautiful and warm. My rooms were in a different location and it was a really nice apartment. For one night it was a hassle due to location (it's a HUGE property so it took awhile to find it), & 3 flights of steps. But for an extended stay it would be great!
The location was perfect for our trip, but that’s about where the positives end. There is absolutely ZERO cell service and no WiFi. I’m not exaggerating — my phone was basically a decorative brick I lugged around all weekend. Felt like I was transported back to the 1800s, which might have been charming if I wasn’t trying to coordinate with friends for a wedding.
On top of that, the AC pumped out funky-smelling air and there was visible mold in the vents....

It looks like an enchanted victorian castle, with a cozy fireplace and lovely Christmas decorations, it's a nice spot to spend some relaxing days with the holidays spirit, while you enjoy good company, delicious food and a very caring staff.
The spa is open on weekends.
