99 Restaurants is a typical American bar and grill establishment, with a drab and outdated interior. The food is average, with not many low-calorie or low-carb options available. The menu seems to be as outdated as the decor. However, the service is generally praised, with friendly and attentive waitstaff, even during busy times. Abigail was great and attentive at the bar. The spicy chicken sandwich was very good. Some customers have noticed portion differences. Erin is very friendly and polite, and the New England Fried Shrimp is a favorite meal. This place is a hit or miss; sometimes the food is delicious, and other times it is not cooked enough, like the broccoli.
