Several people working only one person smiled which was the male working the window an item missing that I needed to return for the food was cold which I can't understand as the line was so long food should be fresh and the Sponge Bob meal advertised is not worth the money as it is deceiving that only kids meals receive a character extremely disappointing $35 for a bunch of crap!

Worst Burger King on the eastern seaboard

This Burger King is the absolute worst. I have had to start to come here for my morning breakfast because the Mcdonalds down the road is being remodeled, There was one time I arrived at 7:30 and no one was there, doors open at 7. And the explanation that I recieved was the manager was coming from Attleboro and takes an Uber to work. There have been many times that i show up and have to simply wait because The manager is the only one in the building. I totally understand that things happen, but this is literally an EVERYDAY occurrence. Guess what happened today, the same thing!! they would rather take care of the one car in the drive thru rather than the customer in the lobby and that's totally fine as i will never step foot in that establishment again.

I ordered #1 meal from the menu, no lettuce, and cheeseburger via drive through. I was given Chicken sandwich with lettuce and cheeseburger. Since when #1 on the menu is a chicken sandwich???🤔

Usually good if you like burger king & food still was good but just went in the lobby this time & drink machine had no ice & soda was warm had to pour it out and ask staff for a good ice cold drink from behind the counter. Hopefully they fix that issue soon.

Just waited 6 min at the window for my food and it wasn't busy. Waiting for my food the, the exposing the food is on her phone. I was in a rush and had to leave. Currently call the place and no one answers.
Went to this Bk for lunch today and even though it was busy everything with hot and fresh and they were beyond nice definitely can see that they’re trying especially with the college back.
