Usually good if you like burger king & food still was good but just went in the lobby this time & drink machine had no ice & soda was warm had to pour it out and ask staff for a good ice cold drink from behind the counter. Hopefully they fix that issue soon.

Just waited 6 min at the window for my food and it wasn't busy. Waiting for my food the, the exposing the food is on her phone. I was in a rush and had to leave. Currently call the place and no one answers.
Went to this Bk for lunch today and even though it was busy everything with hot and fresh and they were beyond nice definitely can see that they’re trying especially with the college back.
Rudest staff I have ever experienced. Actually taunted me. Saturday dinner time, 10/5...... No wonder BK is on its way out....

I ordered a cheeseburger (drivethru) and was told they ran out of bread. Then they proceeded to say I could order a chicken sandwich instead. When I said I think I'm all set then, they just replied "...bye" and I had to wait in the line for another 10 minutes.

This place sucks. Can't get an online order right, can't get a drive through other right. Can't get anything done in a timely manner. I'll go to any other BK but this location.
