Not much to expect from a 90s-00s-esque American Bar and Grill. The food was nothing to ride home about but by all means it wasn't bad. Our server was wonderful. The interior on the other hand was very drab and extremely outdated. I am not from the Northeast region where these 99 restaurants are present, but from my observations it seems like they a slowly dying chain similar to Applebee's or Ruby Tuesday.Dietary restrictions: Not very many low calorie or low carb options. I wish I remember my waitresses name. She was wonderful. It was busy and she had a table full of young children with their parents sitting across from them and she remained so calm and friendly. Service was quick even though it was busy. Food was great. I wish the pretzel bites weren't only on the winter menu.
Our waitress Melissa was great. She was pleasant, polite, and quick. My kids enjoyed their food. I do not recommend the cauliflower tacos. They are tasteless, and the sauce they drizzle on it just helps cover up that with spice. I love cauliflower, especially fried, but this was gross (you only taste flour & oil). The rice was worse.
