The actual coffee itself is delicious, especially when I get an iced latte with caramel which is my usual order. However, recently I ordered one for delivery from this store, which I hadn't done before, and unfortunately I received a medium size (when I ordered a large) with a note saying they ran out of large cups. While I appreciated the message - and not to sound like a cheapskate - but I think when you pay for something in advance it's important to receive it unless you agreed otherwise. In this case, perhaps two separate coffees (a small and a medium) or some kind of improvisation in order to make up the correct size. Other than that, I always find the employees to be warm and friendly when I visit in-person, and my mobile orders are always prepared efficiently. I often hear a lot of casual conversation between the workers, and honestly I like this because it's a coffee outlet and that's where the best chats are often had.

Recovering from gambling addiction? Come here. Lightly toasted bagel with butter. Some days you get a dried out blackened husk that more closely resembles charcoal than anything bread like. Other days you get a bagel warmed by hand and covered with a thick slab of greasy, dripping fat. God have mercy on your soul if you ask for cream cheese.

So I came to this location and I gave them my order, after I gave them my order my food came out right away but I waited for my coffee for almost 10 min. Everyone that ordered after me got their coffee before me. Then as I was eating my food I realized there was a piece of plastic in my food. I used to come to this location all the time but now I will not be coming here and I I will definitely be making cooperate aware of what happened.
The service is disgusting 🤢, I would definitely check my cup prior to drinking from this store.
