Everyone was on point and very friendly. My son got a Minecraft happy meal that came out on April 1, 2025. Although he liked it toy and all, he was upset because Mincraft also came out with adult happy meals that yes come with a toy, I know right, so cool!. He said dad, dad, dad, look I forgot about the "Golden" Minecraft box and different toys. I told him it was too late, but next time, we would 100% get the adult meals. He was still upset but was dealing with it fairly well. One of the employees overheard our conversation and must have felt badly about the situation. Before we even sat down to eat, the beautiful woman that was handling the order's up front came up to us and said, "Here this is for your son. I heard him and how upset he is, so take this it's one of the adult happy meal toys. Now he can smile and be happy. " I must say McDonald's employees NEVER do this EVER!!. It was one of the nicest and coolest things I've seen someone do for a kid. Whoever she is, God bless and keep the kindness going. Great employee she deserves a big raise and a management position stat. Thank you so much, Gorgeous mystery woman keep up the outstanding top notch work.

Ricky and Antoinetta have the best energy and were so pleasant and sweet at the drive thru. They definitely deserve a raise they treat their customers with the best attitude and put kindness. Need more people like them in this world!!!

Don’t Go Here!! This place is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Nothing is ever made correctly and apparently they like to make up their own hours on smoothies and ice cream because they tell you they stop making them at 10:00 but won’t make your order at 9:00 You’re better off eating anything else and not wasting your money and time

I love McDonald's, but at this location, they don't pay attention to orders at all. Two out of ten times, my order is wrong—actually, it feels like almost every order. If you ask for no pickles, it will come with pickles. If you order a double quarter pounder, it might come with just one patty, even though you paid for double patties. The restaurant itself is good, but there's a noticeable lack of attention in the kitchen, which is really frustrating. It's so annoying every time this happens!
Family McBee, please train the employees or assign a supervisor to check on what they’re doing. It’s not normal, and it’s not right for them to mess up orders every time.

really good service. got my order messed up and when i came back they offered a hassle free, kind, exchange where i ended up getting my order corrected.
All the dinners in tables had friends and wrappers on them the place was just a mess. Made a mobile order waited 5 mins at the drive in had to pull up just for them to tell me they closed… it’s 10 I thought they closed at 11 or 2? Came here another time the fries were not cooked well at all I mean they were almost cold rather crispy.
I really don’t care what they do while they work but when you’re waiting 20+ mins when it’s not busy for a simple burger and drink there’s a problem

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they somehow find a way to mess up my order EVER SINGLE TIME! Listen I’m 20 year old college student I get it. I understand not gaf about work or not putting in ur full effort I get that I been there too but for my order to be messed up every single time my fatass goes to McDonald’s is insane. Ive ordered here on DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber eats ( as if the app made a difference) and each time they all were wrong. I typically order a number 7 (large) with a Diet Coke. I’ve never received a Diet Coke when I’ve ordered from here. The only time I got Diet Coke was when I went thru the drive thru. I always get root beer. Every single time. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to follow the order and get the right drink. Genuinely makes me sad when I get excited for my Diet Coke ( I am a Diet Coke fanatic so it’s rlly important to me) and it’s ROOOT BEER. EVERY TIME. I ORDER. WHY? I’ve also gotten an Fanta from here and it also tasted like root beer? Like it was orange like Fanta but legit just taste like straight root beer. And then the food is not really good. Always tastes like it’s been out for a while, usually cold and the fries actually have no salt. Like today they had a hint of salt but like there’s barely anything. Tastes like they’ve been stepped on and cooled down. Like my fries right now I’m eating while I’m typing this are freezing cold with no salt. I also got a large fry and it’s not even half way full. Also if i do choose to get an extra lil sweet treat like I’ve done in the past, I usually ask for a McFlurry. They either forget and it never comes or they send me the opposite of what I asked for. I ordered a shamrock McFlurry (it was advertised I didn’t just make it up) and they sent me a regular Oreo. Other times I just never received it. Like at this point I think someone is just messing with me on purpose. I hate to write a bad review cuz I love McDonald’s but this store is like really bad and it’s the closest one to campus and I would like to be able enjoy going to McDonald’s while I’m trying to not fail all my classes in college. I’m sorry to be such a pain but it’s ridiculous that every single time I order it’s always wrong. Like I haven’t worked much in fast food I’ve worked retail and waitressing but I really don’t think it’s that difficult to get an order right. I’m disappointed u guys.
Edit: wow. I’m back. It is almost a year later and the IMPROVEMENT! Maybe it’s the hangover talking but this meal is BUSSSSSSSIN! Fries are full of salt, burgers taste so good, Diet Coke is CRISPPPPPP. I’m proud of the improvement! Nice job

Went there yesterday, around 3 pm, everyone behind the counter was fooling around and not paying attention to customer. We finally ordered, the fries were cold, both sandwiches looked like they were thrown together. Chicken was very dry. Never again as we get much better service in Raynham or Middleboro.
