Had a coupon for a 6.99 foot long. Got a turkey sub and added avocado. I was shocked to see the total was 14.99. The guy rudely said, you added avocado so we have to charge you for the add on. That’s fine, but on the app, avocado is 2.99 and you’re charging me 8.00?? They are scammers, sick and stupid. Will never step foot in this location again.

Worst Subway around. Drive 5 minutes down the road and go to the one in East Bridgewater. The owners are very argumentative when something is wrong or not up to your standard. Instead of conflict resolution they get defensive. Won’t go back, Subway quality is what it is. But the customer service should be better

This location has awful customer service & they refuse to accept subway coupons (coupons that are mailed from their own company to use at any subway location, go figure). Will never return to this location. For the full price of a sub here I am better of going to D’Angelo’s and paying a little more for better quality food! And instead of posting the “no coupons accepted” sign in the spot where you first order, they have the sign on the glass at the end near the register to force you to pay full price after you have ordered, very deceiving.
