The food is fine, but how hard is it to count 3 things in a bag? I just paid almost twenty bucks for a bean burrito, beef burrito and a couple Cinnabon things. They forgot a 6 dollar item...again!I know they're busy. I know they're short handed. I work in food service.But enough is enough. This has happened way too many times.
There is a gentleman named Joshua I've encountered a few times at the drive-thru at this location. He has exceptional customer service and you can tell he enjoys what he does - an exemplary employee.

Can't beat the price and how good Taco Bell has gotten. I usually use the drive-thru. Most times, they mess up one thing. My son won't eat cheese on tacos. the majority of the time, they will mess that up.
