Horrible, horrible, horrible experience on 12/18/24. Got our order wrong; waited over 20 minutes; no one spoke English, and they refused to give me a receipt after my wife asked 3X for one. A gentleman in front of us was waiting 20 minutes for a six piece chicken tender from the duel facing KFC menu. It was even over staffed as a handful of workers were just standing around; doing nothing……

How does a lux ft 90s turn into a chalupa supreme? And serious no sauces? You couldnt even squirt into a cup? for fire or mild? this is turning dry in my mouth and no i dont have sauce at home thats why when it was offered hey someone aill take a ride and i stay home with 2 young children im hoping my food will be right. the only right thing was burrito and nacho w cheese... Remind me to never come here myself and if anyone else is going im gonna say no thanks. Very unhappy with food i didnt want

I am picking up for door dash and waited for over 20 minutes and the employees are taking care of everyone in the window and leaving the people who are dining in waiting long waiting periods. It looked like the white guy working with all the girls was running the show. He shouldn’t be. The drive thru was not that busy and had a lobby full of people waiting. I don’t like to do these reviews but this service was horrible.

We ate KFC chicken, surprisingly very good for being that far north, the restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms were exceptionally clean.

Waited in line to order over 20 minutes and then waited for the food for over 30 minutes and the order was completely wrong. Terrible customer service and was absolutely disgusted at the whole experience. If I could give this “fast” food establishment zero stars I would.
